I've done everything I can to save my investment (£100K) and there's nothing much more I can do. I presume you would at least fight to get it back?

I look at DKE like buying a ticket to win a dream house (Omaze etc). There is a very small chance of winning. I've moved on with my life.

Thanks for that. I agree. The company has nothing and is nothing until an RTO.

The main market rules I think allow the bod to keep the company in some sort of 'coma' for as long as they like.

I would have thought that if the accounts have been filed, there couldn’t be any push back from the FCA.

So I feel it’s one of the other possibilities you mentioned.

All fair points you make. The response I got from the FCA was identical to some of their previous responses. Yes, at least it lets them know that we are impatient and fed up so hopefully will 'oil the wheels' as they say.

Where is Geoffrey Dart in this whole debacle? Isn't he supposed to be on the BOD. Its always PG in the frame but GD never gets mentioned!

BTW, If I get a salesperson knocking on my door offering me gender re-assignment, i'll blame you guys...ha ha!

In other news, I got a response from the FCA when I asked them to confirm if DKE are negotiating with them to have the share suspension lifted.

"As I have stated in my previous emails, our remit is the liaise with listed companies, and we cannot provide any details to members of the public regarding the outcome of any discussions with a listed company"
