We do need some RNS's. I feel that the board of directors for DKE have let us down. Given that we have had our money tied up in this company for 9 months now, the board need to do more officially to support us long suffering shareholders. Paul Gazzard please take note!

From my recollections, Chesterfield did a debt for equity swap. Wasn't the rate at 0.65? I need to go over the RNS's to get clarity on this.

Just had a response from PG via LinkedIn. His exact words were:-

"Yes, they are" (progressing behind the scenes). "We are all working to address all the FCA questions as fast as possible. Not sure on times yet but we are pushing hard"

I try and make my contact with him quite sparing as bombarding him will kill the rapport / respect we have established.

How do you think I should couch the questions so as to get a "feel" for the timescale but without pinning him down too much?

I appreciate the candidness of your post with numerous references to me!

I did walk away from this board vowing to never return because I was sick of being "pistol whipped" by other DKE investors. It felt like living with an unpredictable pack of wolves who could turn on you in a heartbeat and try to shred you to pieces!

When I set up the dedicated email for DKE investors, I sent Sianna a screenshot of my Interactive Investors account showing my substantial investment in DKE. These investment BB's are a treacherous world of BS, subterfuge and lies and ulterior motives so It was critical for me to establish beyond doubt with Sianna that I was the real deal. I have had countless email interactions with both Sianna & Markeuasia whilst I have been absent from the message board.

I was given professional advice NOT to lodge a TR1 at the time because this would have prejudiced my potential claim against Int Inv for not treating DKE as they did another almost identical share in a cash shell. Basically there was a very similar company to DKE and when I tried to invest through the platform I was referred to a telephone number which I called. I was told that this was a very risky investment and taken through a series of questions to test my suitability to invest.

I got cold feet and decided it wasn't worth it. Non of those risks were highlighted with DKE and if I had lodged a TR1 (given the technicalities of the application) It would have looked at odds with my assertion that I was a very novice investor with very little investment experience. I hope you understand my point.

If and when DKE re-lists and I decide to stay the distance I will lodge a TR1. I understand from a purely selfish reason it would be worth it but as I am not a purely selfish person, I also understand that it would be good for the rest of the DKE investors.

I have had enough grief by being a DKE investor and it pains me that after all this time I still have to defend my self and clarify my credentials as a genuine investor.

I DO have a personal report with Paul Gazzard via LinkedIn. BTW I had to subscribe at my own expense to make this possible. I only report back what is true although you are free to cast aspersions on my truthfulness / motives etc.

I wanted to get something positive from PG without compromising his need to stay within the rules.

Taken at face value, it seems that there is activity and intent behind the scenes at DKE and I am sure that the lifting of the suspension is imminent.

I agree with the poster about an AGM to follow that event. Obviously the whole RTO thing is the potential "turbocharger" on the SP and I have no idea where that would fall in the timeline!

Lets all hope for the best!

"Not yet, trying to get through the FCA process to remove the suspension. Constant back and forth at the moment"
