Gret RNS today! I am feeling quite relieved TBH.

Just had a reply from Paul Gazzard on LinkedIn.

Quite rightly, he can't have a bi-lateral information channel through me to the shareholders in DKE. This is against the rules.

He did finish his message to say that the BOD are working as fast as they can to take the shares out of suspension!

As a P.S to my last message, you claim to know things about the demise of DKE that we don't know.

We have to know officially and legally where we stand and we can't just accept what you say and walk away from DKE.

I'm not here to get into conflict with anyone. If I can help others whilst trying to help myself then its all good.

Its very hard to asses someones situation and motives when at the end of the day we all have to sit behind our computers.

I don't wish you any bad will and if DKE servives and you benefit then fair play to you. We should all be here to make money / a living.

We are in the hands of the B.O.D and we can't know exactly what's happening behind the scenes. What will be will be. And I've learned the hard way that you should never invest more than you can afford to loose!

Let's hope and pray it all works out and we can move on to greener pastures.

What puzzles me is why has PG incorporated scores of new companies with the word energy in the name and how does that relate to a RTO? Anybody got any thoughts on this?

Im not a millionaire I have never claimed to be. I have told my fellow DKE investors that I'm downsizing, does that bother you? People do it all the time!

Do you honestly think that I would have posted all these times and sent a PG a very angry and frank message for a hundred quid?

If you are the same or different people won't make one iota of difference to my life.

I have now restructured my finance to a degree where I can afford to lose the £100K if DKE dissolves.

I am profit taking from my property and downsizing to a more modest property with much lower council tax and utility bills.

DKE has been the catalyst to make that happen, so weirdly I will be better off financially for my investment in DKE in any event!

If your right about the the outcome of DKE, I'm like "hey ho, I'm financially better off" but if I'm right about DKE, I will be a multi millionaire!!

When PG said that DKE had been working tirelessly for the last 8 months do we believe that to be the case? If that's true then it point to a potentially huge RTO.

I would like to think that any additional delays are to dovetail a lift of the share suspension and the announcement of a RTO That makes some sense.

I am happy to wait to the end of this week and drop PG a message via LinkedIn.

people have mentioned a possible placing on the board today. I understand there are different types. I have only been involved in one before and it was something like, for every 7 shares held you could purchase 1 share for a discount.

Is that feasible?

I have decided to stay with DKE for the medium to long term. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and to own circa 10% of what could be a world leading company.

I'l invest some of the money in getting therapy for the last 8 months.....lol.

I spoke to my adviser about lodging a TR1 when this relists.

He believes that DKE would have to complete part of the forms and I would complete the rest. Has anyone had experience of this?

A good question really.

I've got the rest of the weekend to ponder on that, but here are some of my observations.

Notwithstanding the tortuous wait over the last 8 months for news and progress, I have to say that at a gut level I still believe in what DKE apparently set out to do last year.

The Masdar Arlington connection and the vision announced by the CEO of Masdar fits the global and political agenda perfectly.

The fact that DKE have had to deal with 11 years of accounts as mentioned by Fintech points to a humungous RTO type deal.

On a personal level, I am proceeding with downsizing my property which makes a lot of sense on a number of levels regardless of the DKE situation.

In short I would say that DKE is in a vastly stronger position to do a RTO than they were back in Oct/Nov last year.

Does anybody agree with me on that?
