I just re-read the share suspension RNS and the heading is TEMPORARY SUSPENSION. It talks about the Y/O accounts by saying "until they can be completed" so there is a kind of statement of intention in those words.

I'm exactly like you! I knew PREM would catch fire Q4 this year so I sold off PREM and went into DKE. I was hoping to multi bag DKE and go back into PREM with a bigger chunk of money..argh!

Its not a great situation is it? We are all trapped in DKE with no power to buy or sell. I had planned to profit take / sell off some DKE to buy some PREM shares but they have caught fire in this last week!
So it's also the lost investment opportunities that add to the current frustration!
I do hope that the BOD of DKE are people of integrity and that they have built of some professional respect which they consider worth preserving.

I started to fill out the TR1 but got stuck on some complex parts of the form. Mainly around the section on voting rights.

My financial adviser is back in the UK tomorrow and he will be able to help me complete things.

Thanks for the link on PDC Partners, whose type of business is ELECTRICITY. I wonder if the strategy is to create a "new arlington" by developing battery storage facilities (using their expertise) and channelling them into DKE?
