Just to put some context and offer reassurance to shareholders in DKE, an AIM cash shell is a very special and valuable asset! Far more valuable than the current market cap!

This is the first RTO scenario i've had from owning a share so I am having to read up snippets of info and read various posts here.

Does anybody think that DKE's directors are using the "late filling" pre-text simply to buy more time before announcing the RTO? Maybe from an accounting point of view, it is more streamlined to make the year end fit the new co's accounting set-up? Perhaps, filling the accounts would have disclosed market sensitive information vis a vis the RTO??
