As of now, no response from DKE. Zak Mir said I would receive a call from Paul Gazzard.

I can take this one of two ways.

1) DKE have already nose-dived the company into the ground so making contact with me is irrelevant.
2) Everything behind the scenes is going to plan and DKE has a great future and they will lift the share suspension in the next few days so everybody will be delighted so there is no point contacting me.

Lets hope is number 2.

A poster on ADVFN has said that DKE filed the accounts on Tuesday and that DKE will be up and running next week!

Is this a genuine "leak" or just a trouble maker / prankster??

According to a post on ADVFN, DKE has until 20th Jan 2023 to file its accounts or else the company will be dissolved.

This is informative and encouraging.

I did wonder if an AIM listed company may want to do an RTO with a main market listed company? This would widen the field of potential targets for DKE. When the RNS form DKE mentioned the speed of an RTO being a number of weeks to complete, I did wonder whether they had a specific target company?

It just occurred to me that Geoffrey Dart wouldn't risk a successful, professional reputation getting involved with an unscrupulous company and directors.

I know a couple of Non Exec Directors and they only work with companies / directors who are 100% legit.

Just had a response from Zak Mir to say he is forwarding on the screenshot I mentioned.

I have just sent Zak Mir a screenshot of my Interactive Investor account showing my DKE investment. At least this shows that I am genuine.

I will tackle the TR1 today.

I just spoke to the Corporate Actions Department of Interactive Investor, the platform my investment in DKE was made through. The chap was as helpful as he could be and said from his 2.5 years of working in his role, he has seen share suspensions (late filling of year end accounts) be anything from 3 weeks to 3 months.

He sympathised with my / our predicament and said that he has only been involved with 1 stock market delisting which was in his words, "an iffy company based in Hong Kong"

As mentioned I spoke to Zak Mir and explained myself. He asked me to email him my details including mobile number and said Paul Gazzard would be in touch. As of now, Mr gizzard has not been in touch.

He suggested I download a TR1 from the FCA website which I have done and now just need to complete and return.

i will update people if I get anything to share.

I agree with your points on being invested in penny shares. my overall pot to invest was relatively small so i saw no other way than to find myself a share with a big potential upside. Ultimately I would like to build my pension pot to a point where I don't have to take such big risks.

I think the significant thing would be the board of DKE giving us a reassurance type RNS in the very short term!

They must have some forward visibility on when they can resolve their issues and lift the suspension of the shares.

On a personal note, my investment in DKE is central to my plans for retirement and later life care. I hope that we haven't been shafted by DKE but Company Directors (of all companies) need to know that their decisions, strategies and conduct creates real world issues for the people who place their trust and money with them.

I printed off a TR1 from the FCA website and will complete and return this asap.

Like most of us here, I am trying to figure out what's going on behind the scenes with the BOD. It's very difficult to predict the outcome right now but i hold onto the fact that DKE's main market listing does give it an intrinsic value!

This morning I had to upgrade my membership here because I understand that the basic version doesn't include Private Messaging.

I'm not sure what level of membership you have but for me, when I look at the LSE screen, in the top right corner is a tab called "members" when I rest the cursor on that, it shows private messaging and I just click on that.
