It does seem strange / amiss that there hasn't been a whole load of RNSing about significant shareholding in DKE! I'm not sure if that equates to red flags or not. It just seems not to fit any protocols.

Actually, isn't the correct way to calculate this by looking at the number of shares in issue and identify the number of shares you hold and using a calculator input the number of shares in issue, hitting the "X" button, then the number of shares held. I believe this will give you the percentage of shares you hold in DKE.

Hopefully, I can get the best for all of us moving forward. FYI I do have an advisor to the family who is a Chartered Director and had a very successful career in Financial services. He is aware of the investment / predicament I have in DKE and has promised to steer me through these issues.

I really do appreciate the information you posted regarding DKE.

I have just spoken to Zac Mir and told him of my substantial shareholding in DKE. He implied that I will be a TR1 and have some significant influence and power when it comes to DKE.

He said that he will forward my enquiry to Paul Gazzard along with my mobile number and that Paul will contact me soon.

I hope this gives some extra assurance to all holders at DKE during these uncertain times!

I have just read in a document that an RTO on the main market does not require the approval of the shareholders of the cash shell company.

In response. I am not lying please don't be confused. I made the investment on face value as many do. I saw the value in a listed cash shell and calculated that it had to be worth considerable more than the market cap. How much cash is needed to maintain a shell until a RTO?

Im glad to see that other shareholders are coming together with support and valid opinions for each other. As mentioned a couple of times recently, why would DKE risk losing their LSE listing when that in itself is inherently valuable.

Its true that a cash shell shouldn't have much to do in accounting terms although the sale of Arlington may have added complications.
