Just saw a headline on Bloomberg TV:-

"India needs to invest $10 Billion in Battery Cells for EV demand"

While I have always resisted dilution in the past, I feel myself agreeing with those proposing it on this occasion.

For me the downside is minimal but the upside is huge. I think it is a very sensible defensive move as we move towards Q1 2023. I actually think the market would be very positive towards such a thing! If PREM finds that it ends up not using, let's say $10M, it can put this towards an accelerated EPO exploration or pay it to shareholders in the form of a dividend!

I have to agree with you.

For maximum continuity and momentum, I'd also say get every available drill onto the EPO and prove it's resources ASAP. If the ground if full of good stuff, the shares could rocket because also PREM will have morphed from an exploration company to a successful mining operation and investor confidence will be massive!

I commented the other day that the higher the cost of lithium the faster PREM can pay back the loan but would it be fair to say that it also means that more of cost if a “proper mine” can be self funded ? Also would mean more resources can be thrown at the EPO for accelerated exploration?

I suppose the higher the price of Lithium, the quicker PREM can pay back Suzhou the loan?

My gut feel is that PREM will achieve 1p end of November.

I have a question which is allied to the one I raised recently.

If the value of the British Pound is lower than it was in 1985, will this generate further significant interest from foreign countries in acquiring the assets of PREM or is it just a marginal benefit?

Yes it is all over the place!

I thought yesterday's gain was the start of a rally. No reason for it not to be given all that PREM is about.

The SP was at +4% then went minus after some big buy-ins.

Why is the SP under water when so many chunky buys gone through this morning?

I must confess that sometimes I buy into a company without knowing everything there is to know. The fundamentals of BOIL and the new prime minister and the global geo-politics were enough for me. I did pile out of PXEN to make this happen.

I am not a deramper. I have sent £75K on BOIL this morning.
