yes, I think I did allude to this in a previous post that it might be expedient to rationalise the accounts with the forming of a new entity ahead of the RTO.

I have just emailed Paul Gazzard at Arlington energy explaining the size of my current shareholding in Dukemount Capital and my concerns about the recent suspension and requesting an update / explanation.

I was my mum's primary carer for many years so I have never got into investing until recently

My motivation is to work on my SSAS and make enough money to provide for my care needs later in life. I am 58 years old and had to shoulder 50 percent of my mother's dementia care costs at a specialist care home. She passed away earlier this year.

It freaked me out how much it might cost me to provide for my costs later in life and so i wanted to find an investment that could give me the biggest return for the sum invested. DKE seemed to fit that profile.

I would hope to have some resolution to the share suspension by next week, but its nice to know that we can contact the BOD if necessary.

Actually, my total holding is 57006372M. I purchased 2 large tranches. The second one is the 30M.

Yes, I am not happy with the suspension as you can imagine, but that seems to be the life of an investor...lol.
What I am unclear about is the TR1. My broker Interactive Investor has not contacted me in this regard and as I have never been in TR1 territory before, I am unclear about how this should play out?

I was wondering, do we all have the same clout as retail investors in DKE when it comes to voting on any deal regarding an RTO regardless of the amount of holding?
