The first thing that hit me about the example in the link is that it shows a large public company taking over a small private company, whereas DKE is a very small public company looking to (acquire?) a large private business.

Just recently invested (very modestly) in DKE as I am trying to understand the reverse IPO concept in more detail. what percentage of the new entity will we own? e.g If a person owned 1% of DKE, would they own 1% of the new entity.
