I agree, Krone. Small incremental steps are needed but I think the market wants more. Could do with an old fashioned rumour starting. Something the board have to deny after a couple of days. Or even better, confirm there has been talks. Personally, I think the lawyers have tied this up so this can't happen.

Other than actual tangible news, I'm not sure how they could stimulate the market. Frustrating but it is what it is. Maybe the publication of p1 manuscript will RNS'd. Not sure that will move the needle any.

Now the 1801 tox study has started, it makes perfect sense to complete the study because, if successful, it adds value. I think the next news will be for 737. It would be nice to get a couple of years cash runway, in the way of the upfront and enough to put the "one or more" CNS compounds into pre clinical. Then by the end of the year. The pipeline should be be looking very attractive.

When looking for clues for the mystery us pharma who had 737. Did anyone come across Blueprint? Their pipeline is immunotherapy using kinases but no active chk1 compounds. Seems like a chk1 compound would have fit nicely into the pipeline. If the Sanofi deal has been going on for some time. It would explain why 737 was handed back as time ran out. Sanofi, as far as I know, dont have a chk1 either.

Yes, I said there is no leverage that Parker can use by keeping news of the tox study start a secret. However, there is leverage in not starting. Deal now or wait until the tox study data is in and join the queue. I'm leaning away from this scenario now but it would definitely explain a few things.

It wouldn't be the end of the world if the start date was delayed and, for those who've been here over 10 years. It's kind of Sareum's MO but it does get a bit tedious. We're not that far off the 1 year anniversary of phase 1 completion. We're not far off 6 months since the data was signed off. And we have heard nothing in terms of momentum. Just words like "anticipate". Hopefully, we'll all laugh about this in the future but for now. The board need to do better.

Im 90% on the waiting side and 10% NDA but im half expecting a delay RNS, maybe even this afternoon. 4 working days left in May.

We have to give them the benefit of doubt. At least until the end of May. Technically, the tox study might not need an RNS but in terms of shareholder comms. The board should be taking every opportunity to show progress where there is some. Maybe it started today. Who knows

It's simple, progress. Moving forward, even with small pieces of the puzzle will have a positive impact on sentiment here. Positive sentiment will reflect in the share price.

I don't know the answer but why would they choose to start the trial but not say anything for 4 weeks? What benefit would they get from that? If there is no tox news in the next 2 weeks, what do you think will happen to the sp? I've no shame in saying, it makes me nervous. Especially as the original plan was early in the new year. Personally, if the trial started today. I want to know tomorrow.
