Probably just a cost saving exercise. Only curious thing is, Oberon don't do big deals. Mostly raises and wealth management. They also have a private equity arm. This could be significant.

Sp is trying to break 20p. It could go to 25p on nothing but sentiment.

Yep, silver. It feel like sometimes the board actively avoid options that would create value. For example. p1a was "better than expected" imagine if we had done a small p1b or p1a as per the original plan. That could have generated done really good value. I get the we were advised bit but if it doesn't pan out like we hope. They denied the shareholders a chance to top skim or even sell. The pivot not only denied us some value, it actively took away value from us. The advice they got had better be good, that's all I can say.

My pot has gone from being £4.5k down last to £7k up this today. The trader in me is saying, skim that £7k and buy when it inevitably gives back to 14p. Might regret it but I have a feeling something may happen in the next week or so.

IMO, we need the sells or there is no volume. Without volume, The MM's will have a hard time pushing the price up. It's easier to make cash by tricking the traders into thinking people are selling.

The SP target should be 25p IMO. Somewhere around the beginning of the year.

Just through Halifax, Nav. I put in the value and they gave me 18p. Wasn't particularly after any price so would have taken anything under 20p.

Yep, silver. Not really mixed emotions. I just don't believe that the science can outrun bad management. Seen plenty of AIM companies go under, not because the product is bad but because, the board failed to monetise it. The presentation was good on Monday but I'm still not 100% sure whether the board can deliver some value for us shareholders.

Having said that, this next few weeks might be the very last time to buy under 20p as there aren't any binary outcomes until Tox study data is read out.

Capstan had just raised 300 million. That's the difference. The was a risk they'd go ahead with P2 and then the price goes up.

It just needs a bit of momentum. Easier said than done but little steps back to 28p then a jump to 50p. Over a pound if tox study goes well. More if we get a deal.

Couple of 19p trades. Be nice if this could break 20p and hold. It's all relative though. 50p could come with a bit of momentum.

Yes, I think anything over a billion would need phase 2 data. If 1801 is ready for phase 2.1802 ready for phase 1 and some value assigned to 737. Then we could be looking at £500 - £800 million. £3 to £5 a share. However, I still think a licence is more likely, possibly in an indication that isn't psoriasis.

Krusty. we can't do anything with 737 without funds. At the very least, it would need a phase 1b combo trial. This could happen right now. So that begs the question, what isn't it happening. If the compound is that good, why hasn't it been picked up yet? Potential blockbusters don't sit on a shelf with the patent clock running down. The KOL mentioned in the presentation is probably being used the to repackage the compound and it's data to make it more desirable to buyers.

I will stick my neck out and predict that 737 will rumble on until a deal is made, possibly assigned a value that becomes part of the said deal. Buy one, get one free sort of thing.

Id love to know what the board thinks is an acceptable offer. Personally, I think, min £500 million, with £800 million being more desirable. But this is why I think it will be a licence as any pharma, could secure the compound for 10 or 20 million. Then offer a billion in backend milestones. They'd only pay that if the compound got to market.

The dilution to fund phase 2 would be huge. I reckon £5 million at a minimum. That would be a 25% dilution for the existing shareholder's and that's without any warrants. 737 is the enigma here. A licence for that might be enough to pay for 1801 P2 but there is obviously loose ends to tie up. Personally, I think they are waiting and using 737 as maybe a loss leader for a bigger deal.

That would leave an on licence\JV or a complete buyout. I think the licence is more likely than a buyout but you never know, maybe good tox results might trigger an offer for everything?

Purely based on this presentation. The next key milestone is the end of the tox study and parker specifically said "towards the end of the year". My guess would be mid November, pre AGM. With time to raise, if we don't have a deal lined up. With the lack of funding to progress 737 might be sat on until this time too. Saw someone on another group, not Sareum, say "summer of George" which I had to to look up but it basically means do nothing. Might be sage advice. Q3 tomorrow. Q4 will be on us in no time and with it the 'key milestone, value inflection"
