I suspect Parker instructed JR and TM to take another look at SKIL because they needed a little extra sizzle to sell. You do a deal for 1801 or 02 and you get this potential. Add 737 onto that mix and the potential tax write off if there is failure and for the buying pharma, it could be a no lose deal at the right price. Question is what is the right price.

Well, to be fair Jobjob. Nothing much can happen until the tox study completes and we have a report. Minimum 3 months, IMO but I think longer. It is my opinion that our 'advisor' is a CRO and unless there are multiple parties watching, then why would they show their hand until we have good data? Of course, if there are more than one pharma watching, waiting. One of them might break ranks and make an offer early. Who knows. But Nov, will be here pretty quick either way.

SOG answered this the other day. Extended toxicology study means just that. There is nothing to report until it has run for an extended period. If nothing on 737, next RNS will probably be final results in Oct.

I guess not having a CEO still points to buyout option first. Any other options that involve Sareum moving into P2 would involve appointing a new CEO.

I don't believe TM stood down for this reason but not appointing a CEO after he stood down could mean that buyout is plan A.

Just to backup my NEDS comment.

The longer it goes on, the less sense it makes. I'm getting to point where I think, TM just wanted to step down for personal reasons and SP filled the hole.. "Appointing a new CEO at the appropriate time", works for any scenario. We don't need a CEO to accept a buyout offer. The NEDS are in position, for this reason, IMO. They can recommend (or not) any offers that may come our way. The executive chair has the authority to ink any contracts. If we were to partner, then that would be an "appropriate time" to appoint a new CEO.

I literally gave my reason in the post. Parker said data publication 'soon'. For all we know 'soon' might be next week. But if the warrantscarr still being washed through the basket. Once they've gone so is the (recent) liquidity they appear to have given us. The 28k I purchased this morning is the exact figure over 300k shares I hold. I will trade any perks or troughs with them. If the shares go down on price, they will remain in my pot.
