Who could have anticipated such an RNS?
What a difference a day makes.
it's kod n chips time
come on Kod
Well, today is November 1st.
Will we receive some of our money in November 2025 or in 2022?
What a welcome surprise it was for me to see the SP change yesterday. It has been a long time since I've been on this and maybe, just maybe, our lithium might start paying out.
There have been a tonne of "should be" and "will be" statements with this share.
Look at the price of lithium and we have tons of it.
Kod hasn't really moved much since the summer of 2021. licenced to mine has done nothing. Lithium's price is now 3x from last year and still nothing. We Wait.
I've got a funny feeling the amendment will be agreed upon rather quickly. Lithium prices appear to be likely significantly higher than Kod's bottom prediction for a number more years.
I believe that the majority of shareholders will immediately after receiving the dividend sell any remaining shares of AMC at any price. Since I no longer have faith in RY and would rather have Jeffrey Dahmer than him, the real worry is whether we will truly receive the dividend.
A lot of the red sells are buys
looking good
Well, I'm willing to wait if we don't hear anything at the AGM, but it would be wonderful if Bernie gave us some encouraging news.
Yeah, I remember the 80s, when a studio flat could be bought in Regents Park for £24k. Then the boom into the late 80s until the crash around 1991. At that time, we at least had oil/gas, so much of it we were exporting. Now what have we got? A one-bedroom ex-council flat in London's east end now costs around £500k. I can see a queue of skilled professionals wanting to pay that amount only to live in an area where half the people are unemployed or on disability benefits. Interest rates will rise and a lot of people will suddenly find out that property doesn't always rise in value and they are unable to make mortgage payments. God knows what our crazy elite are going to do next.
dickbat...The UK PLC Ponzi scheme is essentially only being kept alive by the property boom.
In order to keep property prices soaring, our elected leaders have essentially chosen to allow anyone with enough money to buy a home in the UK.
We might eventually reach a point when foreigners own all of our property market and workers like doctors, nurses, bin men, and road sweepers—especially in the south-east live in hostels modelled after the Salvation Army.
come on Kod.
DB....This has undoubtedly been a shorters dream.
Rarely did we see a rise, but it always crashed, like clockwork. Pity I don't know how to short. Just waiting to see if we do get paid here. 14 years wasted.
Our hope is still alive.
Those large purchases either come from someone who is extremely confident or from someone who is more knowledgeable than we are.
Let's hope we get paid as soon as possible and that this nightmare disappears into the night.
Rip-off Britain: some days we only use 24% gas to power our electricity, but the electricity bill is based on world gas prices.
