There's a lot of if, waiting on that good news RNS that never seems to arrive.....five year high is .48p and that was last July. I'll be happy if it goes back to .35p then i'm out.
At least we're not getting another fund raising. Does anyone know how long the £3.3 million will last?
after we got the license, the SP fell....lol
Bawsac.
You seem to solely make negative comments about other commenters. We've got enough on our plate without reading your nonsense. Just do us all a favour and
Because RY just cares for himself, he is now irrelevant. He betrayed the shareholders at the first opportunity, just when we needed him the most.
Our CEO is about as beneficial as having a hemorroid.
We should have fired him in 2018.
Yes. But unfortunately, because of sanctions, RY is unable to access diesel for his airship. He's heard there's a battery-powered airship nearby, but he claims his electricity has been cut off.
Our SP has been re-rated to £12 million because that is all we were offered. That's assuming we received anything at all. Given that the sale is being handled by RY, it's anyone's guess how much we shareholders will get.
don't worry, when we get the license this will explode.
Some of us would rather lose everything than take him up on his offer.
'In for a penny, in for a pound,' I'm one of them.
When this is the worst trading day since I arrived in 2009, why is there price monitoring?
TEO is finally out, and our SP plummets. Thank you so much, Robin.
The deal offered was a disgrace, a blatant betrayal of shareholders. We were being offered nothing.
At the very least, we got to tell them to go ++++ themselves. But what comes after that? We have nobody on the BOD representing the shareholders, and I trust this BOD as far as I could throw them.
only 72% no
"Yes, I think Robin has wrecked the place"
He's ruined my investment, turning a £20.000 into less than £5400.
Seems to be no floor on this, how low is it going to go!
Because the shareholders are getting almost nothing out of this deal, if we sold tomorrow, the majority of us would be down between 70% and 50%. Some a lot more. Why would someone vote yes for something like this? And why would any of us want RY to lead our company again?
It's astonishing that he thinks people will vote yes, and it'll be even more incredible if he wins.
DB, I rue the day when that RNS landed , January 25th. I had managed to get most of my money back but was naive enough to still half believe in AMC coming good. Every morning, my alarm clock went off and I was up looking for the RNS. The sale RNS was AMC's final sting on us small holders. This time I'm down 70% and have run out of ammunition. I'm just hoping the buyer starts buying and I can exit or we get a no vote and we continue.
Despite the fact that this is a low-ball offer, nothing stops our spiv customer from buying the shares. There hasn't been any significant buying so far, but there are still six trading days remaining. If he really wants AMC for peanuts, there's nothing stopping him from buying in the open market.
Around the year 2019, we were in the dumps, with no news, with nothing. People were becoming increasingly irritated. I urged this BB that he should sell everything for £30 million to get us out of our agony. This was prior to the £6 million final placement. As usual, I was insulted and informed that AMC was far more valuable. Now he expects us to accept $15 with the promise of another $10 million. At today's exchange rate, that's slightly over £20 million. He couldn't get a lower price, even if he tried. Does he really expect us to vote for this!
