The .59p is the minimum it's worth right now. Our spod at 5.5%, say $711. The spod price is now $978. We have 32%. You do your own math now.

SC has had a negative impact on Kod since July 2024. I've done the maths, and with the 15x multiple, Kod should be worth at least 59p right now, not the 34p we're stuck at.

Is SC helping Hainan to keep the SP down so a low ball offer might look more palatable.

The last RNS regarding SC was released on 9 June. Our SP was .26p. SC had 2 billion remaining. SC now has 1.8 billion. They have sold shares when the market was doing well and got us to 38p and after that.

This may be the reason why our SP has not yet gone beyond .38p

I still think our real market value should be about 0.59, but we need some good news to get us into the next bull run.

Lithium is in high demand. This is because it's used in electric cars and to store energy from wind and solar farms. In China, 40-tonne electric trucks currently account for 22% of the market, and this figure is expected to rise to 50-80% by 2028. Lithium demand is about to go through the roof. Unfortunately, this isn't all showing in our share price.

It's a pretty good RNS. We're just waiting for the export licence. It's the rainy season at the moment, so there's currently water in the pit. But don't worry — it'll be pumped out in time. There's not a lot of explosives, but that's OK because the mine is flooded. We're also sorting out the issue. Everything's going to plan, we're just waiting for the export licence.

Kodal Minerals PLC must issue an RNS to keep the market and investors in the loop. Using artificial intelligence to analyse web images for data, while leaving LTHs to deal with de-ramping trolls who are making stuff up as they go along, is not an adequate solution. It would be very helpful to have an RNS in place as soon as possible to keep us informed.
