There is a group of individuals over in ADVF who have been disparaging Bernard and Kod for years. Unfortunately, many Kod holders have refrained from responding to these comments. It would be advantageous for individuals who are active on this platform to consider posting on ADVF as well. This would provide a counterpoint to the predominantly negative anti-Kod content that is currently prevalent there.

I don't care who is responsible for the $15 million tax bill, my primary concern is its prompt settlement. Shareholders are no longer willing to tolerate the ongoing discussions about who will pay. The license to mine and export is essential for our investment in Kod. Without the license to mine and export, our investment in Kod is at risk.

Whoever is responsible for the $7.5 million should just pay the bill. Our stockpile of spodumene more than covers the $7.5 million. It is crucial to address this matter promptly and secure the license. Investors have provided substantial capital and expect a reasonable return on their investment.

I don't think we'll have to wait long, because without a license to mine and export, who's going to pay the miners' wages?

Bernard has done everything by the book, it's the Malian authorities that are causing this delay. I often wonder how much we could be offered in a buyout and the lowest offered must surely be around the 80p mark but Leo received an extremely low ball offer but as I said surely 80p must be the lowest low ball off we could receive.

While it is unfortunate that they have not obtained the necessary license, the substantial amount of spod in their inventory indicates they will be able to meet the £7.5 million fee required by the Malian government.

It doesn't matter if others are trying to keep the share price down in anticipation of a cheap takeover. In my estimation, Kod is worth at least £300 million at a minimum of 01.50p in any takeover. Just sit back and wait.
