It's nice to see the crushers up and running, but even that hasn't stimulated the market. This BB isn't exactly a bucket of joy at the moment, it would be good if we could get something to lift us up, even a cheerful comment, something positive, really.

I first noticed the sales in July and they have been selling almost every day since. Every time the SP looks like it's going up, the seller shows up right on time. The way the seller has been acting, you would think that someone is deliberately keeping the SP down. Are we being manipulated into accepting a low offer when an offer comes in?

I managed to get another £2k worth at 30p.

SURIN....the seller is still here and I first noticed it at the end of July, there is a buyer but it makes me wonder why the seller continues as if they are deliberately keeping the SP low.

I believe our floor should be around £110 MC, or around 0.54p. Don't take my word for it, but I truly believe that we are undervalued and that a correction is imminent.

This is the most obvious pump n dump I have ever seen, it won't be long before the RNS comes out.

I think you'll find some here that were bought at 86p and sold at 40p. lol....It's not a good way to make money, it's incredibly stressful and if you want to win you need the patience of a statue. Like everyone else, I'm surprised that the SP on this one is so low; I assumed it wouldn't go below 40p, "40p is the Hainan buy-in price after dilution", but it did. Considering I've been here since early 2021, my average is slightly lower than the current price, which is absolutely terrible.

Cheer up guys, the SP has typically plummeted when we get positive news, so maybe it will spike when we get some negative news.

Let us hope so, I can wait.

I don't know about nerves of steel, but the SP being so low considering the cost of building the mine is more is so daunting, no wonder people stop investing. I've been here since 2020 and the SP was higher before we got financing. I'm in two minds here, either continue to hold or just sell everything and get out of the market.

Most of the people on the Kod Advfn board are crybabies and LSE rejects who have lost all of their money and feel obligated to condemn Kod every day, 24/7. From 24 p to 86 p, they de-ramped Kod, they are crazy. That Advfn board has been radio-rental for years. I only go and read that board for light entertainment. The various nicknames they use are hilarious.

The last time I can remember reading this much negativity on here, the SP went from 24p to 86p. Let's all hope that things aren't as bleak as they are being portrayed and that we get an early Christmas present.

Bernard informing us LTH's of the situation would be a relief. However, it is reasonable to assume that a joint partner would be equally liable for this £15 million tax debt. The fact that this is happening so close to the opening of the mine is a real concern and we really don't want to upset the Malian authorities. This needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

Anyone who thinks that the multi-billion dollar company Hainan was unaware of the 2023 code is living in cuckoo land. This is still good. We will soon be a miner, still a good investment regardless of the de-rampers.

Almost 4 years I've been invested and hopefully very soon we'll all get the great news we've been waiting for.
