Nameplate! I've thought of a name for this, but I don't want to go against Tos. We splashed out $100 million on the mine, but we've lost 35% of our resources and now we can't sell the stuff we're mining. We paid £15 million in taxes, but didn't get anything out of it. We had to get a £15 million loan at a pretty high interest rate because we're not making any money. Our SP is basically worthless now, and lower than it was four years ago, when the spodumene was just lying in a field. It's pretty obvious we're not getting anywhere with this situation. I also know that someone, or maybe a group, has been selling five million shares at a time for almost a year. Things have got totally out of hand, and we need news as soon as possible before this goes the way of the Prem and becomes an uninvestable mess. Like I mentioned last week, it's starting to look like Leo and the Chinese and Mali government are taking Kod and the shareholders for a ride.

I wonder who the main seller is. There has been a continuous sell-off since at least July last year. At this price, not many shareholders will make a profit. I wonder if someone is deliberately driving down the share price. If so, is the intention to enable Hainan to make us a lowball offer and appear generous?

There are lots of comments here this morning about a stock performing terribly. The share price is pathetic, which explains all this negativity. What we LTH investors need is some reassuring news. Even just a little good news would suffice. We have a working lithium mine that is now producing spodumene. We also have gold fields, but these have not yet been developed. Today's miserable share price does not reflect our true value. If Hainan fancies a quick buyout, Bernard should be looking for a lot more than the ridiculous .50 pence being mentioned here. Guys, just relax — everything will soon fall into place!

Small holdings are being sold, but it's unlikely that anyone will make a profit at this level unless they bought their shares more than four years ago. I just don't understand why the price is so low, especially when you consider how our spodumene mine is currently operating. Our company's assets and true value aren't accurately reflected in our MC.

Offering .050p would be an insult, but given the way things have been going, I wouldn't be at all surprised if they did. After what happened to Leo, they might even offer less than that.

While the Reuters reporter's article may have lacked depth, and Bernard's words may have been misinterpreted, it is evident that we have had nothing but grief since early November.

Even if they offered us next to nothing, we would surely be worth at least $150 million. I have no idea where you got the figure of $15 million from, and I really hope we're offered more than that!

It appears that Kod is facing challenges similar to those experienced by Leo Lithium, who were compelled to sell at a significantly reduced price. If the company gets taken over, let's hope we can at least get our money back.

This one's a bit of a let-down. They said they found lithium and gold, and even though the lithium mine hadn't been built when I first put money in, the share price is now lower than it was four years ago.

I'm not in a rush to buy right now because I think the spodumene price will fall further. I think it'll take until late 2025 or early 2026 for it to recover, so I'm not expecting a recovery in SPOD prices. However, when spodumene recovers, it will be a bull market again.

This has gone from being a sure thing to being consigned to the bottom drawer. I'll just have to forget about it until the price recovers or we receive a decent buyout offer.

The latest spodumene price is almost unbelievable at $645. I don't know the last time spodumene was priced so low, but it must have been years ago.

Chef, the value of commodities fluctuates, and you love the fact that spodumene is now trading at a four-year low. Your constant de-ramping is now obvious to everyone.

Narcissism? It seems we might be dealing with a seriously disturbed narcissist who derives pleasure from tormenting shareholders. You might be right because he has been disparaging Kod for at least five years. He criticised Kod when its share price increased from 12p to 44p and from 27p to 88p. It's been non-stop for years. Initially, I thought it might be two or three trolls, but now I think it's just one person using different usernames. Sometimes he was comical bad-mouthing Kod. This was when the share price tripled. But now he's just boring.

I'm no grass, but you, sir, really need to be banned from this forum. You're abusive and disruptive, you post false and misleading information, and you're basically mocking people who invested at a higher price.

It is encouraging to see that the price of spodumene has stabilised and stopped falling. In my view, the market has now reached a point where hard rock miners can barely make a profit. In fact, most miners will simply stop production at the current price, as it is no longer profitable.

The amount of negativity we have had to endure since early November suggests that someone wants a low share price so they can make a low-ball offer. Even though spodumene prices are at their lowest for four years, our asset is still extremely valuable, and this is not reflected in the share price. You are right. I feel that something is going on in the background to deliberately lower the share price.

Chef...You and your colleagues on Advfn and here clearly derive a certain satisfaction from witnessing the financial losses of others. You lot are delighted about the falling share price. Them and you are without doubt the lowest of the low — the worst trolls I have ever come across. I know what I call people like you, but I'm not allowed to say.

The share price is absolutely pathetic. Our MC was higher three years ago, even before the mine was built and the $100 million investment was made.
