The spod price is now $854, and it looks like it'll exceed $900 before our spod is loaded onto the ship. I'm sure we can all agree that the constant negativity from our local troublemakers is getting a bit tedious. I think they might be a bit confused about the fact that Kod is now a mining company rather than an exploration company.

I'm confident that 1p is easily achievable.

It's a good day for Kod today, with an increase of 14%. I haven't seen this level of interest in Kod since November last year. This could be a turning point, and perhaps the market will finally reach a fair value — it's certainly worth more than 32p.

Prem's 0.54% Li2O is tiny compared to Kod's 1.2%. They're just not on the same level. Kod is also producing spod at 5.53%. Prem hasn't actually produced anything yet.

Prem is a dog, but I'm sure Kod will improve.

To be honest, there's not much news at the moment. I have to admit that I'm surprised that at this point, the only news that might be on the horizon is an RNS confirmation that SC has offloaded another 200 million. If that happens and the SP drops, it might be a good time to buy before the spodumene shipments are announced.

To be clear, I am not a de-ramper and have invested a significant amount in Kod. I'm confident that everything will work out well. It is clear that people are concerned about the current state of our SP, and there is undoubtedly some manipulation in play to keep it low. I've had enough of moaning and I'm going to stop posting on this BB for now.

The fantastic RNS releases have achieved the complete opposite of what any sensible investor would expect.

The mine is complete and up and running... SP Fall.

Spodumene is produced at an average grade of 5.53%... SP Fall.

Mining licence granted... SP Fall.

The spodumene price hit $970... SP Fall.

Export permit granted... SP Fall.

Everyone's wondering why our share price is so low.

The big question we're all asking is why our share price is so low when it's clear it should be higher.

Lav........ given yesterday's fantastic news and today's subsequent fall, you'd have to be completely clueless to invest another penny in this disaster. As Roger said, it's no longer a viable investment because the SP is clearly being held back, which makes it highly unlikely that it will ever achieve fair value. Nothing will help the SP now. If you're reading this, don't buy anything until the share price drops to the mid-20s. Either lower your average or sell at 30%+ when the SP rises above 0.030p again. It's not worth buying at any other price.

Roger....I've bought at .027 and my last purchase was .025, but my average is actually .038. I'm pretty much all in at this point. I was really into this project and put a lot of money into it from 2021 to 2024. I really wish I'd sold yesterday at 40p! I think the next bit of good news will be when we start shipping the spodumene. But as you said, the SP will probably drop. I'm just wondering if it'll ever go above 0.038p again, because if it does and I sell, I'll have made no profit after four years of investing.

Roger, it's so annoying how we LTH are always waiting for good news, only for the SP to keep dropping. This has been going on since at least November last year. When will we ever see real value here? I reckon this should be worth at least 0.062p, but it's miles behind, and we're not getting any answers as to why!

Sleepy, please don't be mean in your reply. I only asked A1 because I was curious. I could have asked one of my chihuahuas too. Basically, I'm saying that most of the time when we've had good news, the SP hasn't responded.

I'd like to reassure all shareholders, especially those who have held shares for a long time. I asked AL about Kod and this was their answer: "The decision to allow Kodal Minerals to export from its Bougouni Lithium Project is likely to have a big effect on the company's share price". So even A1 has got this one wrong.

Lav, the best plan here is to just wait until the SP hits rock bottom, because right now it looks like nothing's going to get us back to fair value.

There's definitely something keeping the SP down, and with the way things are going, it's looking like we're heading back to the 20s.

I'm curious to know what will get the SP going again. So, when do you think it'll be, then, when we start exporting spodumene? Or will it just be nameplate? Or maybe we could get some news about gold? Or will it be the spodumene price? Or maybe next year's export permit?

If the SP keeps falling, the best advice I can give is to buy at the low price of 0.25–0.27p. I've bought at that price twice. I'm afraid to say that, since November 2024, this is the only strategy that's worked for me.

Even you expected a better rise than we got today, What is your explanation for this?

A few weeks ago, I told my wife that in my experience, over the last year, there has been a clear tendency for the share price to drop when we get a good RNS, and I wonder if it might be the same with the export licence.

However, on this occasion, we did not fall, which I suppose is a positive outcome.

The spod price has risen today and we have obtained the export permit, yet we will receive virtually nothing.

I think it'd be really helpful if Bernard could just release the RNS to let us know the export permit's been issued. We really need to get some clarity here ASAP to put an end to all the doom and gloom.
