You may or may not be aware that I have been in a nunber of stock plays with you. I am also aware you have traded this one a few times but you are overlooking a few critical points here. Now you can obviously ignore my observations but you might want to at least extend your own DD to check it out what im saying:-

1. Because there is no desire to get a grip on admin costs, the cash runway is very short before the next raise. This means if you hold beyond the tax year you will be diluted significantly, no doubt about it.

2. Because of the short runway it is just not possible to secure a cash paying license deal in that time. DD alone would take five or six months absolute minimum. So it will be you that needs to dig deep again to fend off administration.

3. Its a totally different risk factor if as a director you invest £100k but have £180k of salary, benefits and expenses, paid trips abroad and income whilst working on other businesses than it is for you to put your hard earned property income at risk.

4. The commercial market for fees from biobank is minimal. Technology has advanced so much there is next to no demand, Also they have limited sales and marketing set up to get biobank business in hence why no revenue. I know this because I know someone that runs a massive biobank that's probably 10 tines the size of this and it relies on donations!

5. If you look at lab businesses in the UK very few make any money because they are so labour intensive, this one hasn't secured any paid work it runs on investors cash alone.

6. New evolutions were ignored by Suzy whilst she played Labs, ME has continued the trend. To rebuild a pipeline now is too late. What they have is older than hens teeth and totally superceded. Your only potential imo is CLX but it's years off, needs more work and investment and I just dont think this team has the dedication for it, it need peer reviews, trials starting and all that takes more money and time. Its now too little to.late imo to do much with it.

So in all, your in a play with the clock ticking on the next round, brokers that need to offload stock to ensure they get their fees and now Stephen one of their biggest holders is also offloading.

And finally:

7. As players offload, the brokers kill the bid, the gap opens up and they won't let you offload big amounts because they have stock already to sell. So you find its hard to locking your trading gains. The closer you get to the end of the runway then worse it gets

Absolute BS, I wouldn't keep these shares if you gave them to me for free, they are not worth jack, all those buying are doing is feeding lifestyles.

You have WFH board members with multiple alternative jobs, zero focus on the business imo, a BDM on £100k that hasn't won any invoiced business in over a decade also with multiple jobs, the only conclusion i can come to why he is still here is perhaps he helps carry Mark's golf clubs when they go on the next US Jolly (sorry I mean important networking event) and the big elephant in the room, a totally unproven business model that hasn't worked in over 18 years yet 20+ raises and three consolidation events, its ridiculous.

Sorry but trade short term if you want, but you dont want to be left holding long term that's for sure and you need to time your exit perfectly - miss it and its game over, you are guaranteed to take a hit imo

And agree with @Minnissage indeed he still has the warrants however, they won't be worth jack come March when ME trys to get another discounted raise away not to mention another highly likely 125:1

The other traders now will have ars@ going half a crown a sixpence trying to time offloading. Issue they have Nick as we both know is you can buy volumes of this easy but bloody hard to offload, you need suckers to buy in whilst you dump it otherwise they hammer you on the bid.

Meanwhile still chunks of broker fee stock to dump, likely this will be brutal before the march raise.

Stephen made the right call imo, they delivered on non of the promises from two raises back, just milking the cash cow. Ridiculous

Once you dump after the pump we wont hear from you again. However, would be poetic justice if the others exit before you and you either take the initial hit or the bigger hit in a few weeks time - serve you right!!!

LOL Iceman poster is a historical ramper and short term trader, he will be watching to exit moment bid is increased. No problem with that, its a trade only but i woulnt want to be buying at .35 when the placing shares and broker fee shares are all in at .25 and there is yet another placing only a few more weeks away.

As for new CEO new company, now that is bloody funny, ME was friends with Suzy and has been in situ now for some time. To drum up support for the raise two raises back confirmed that labs would break even and THX would come through. He delivered on neither, in fact Labs hasnt invoiced a thing so how that was breaking even is a complete mystery!! No revenue in 18 years!!

As for the happy holders ramp, they continue to be shafted and will be again very shortly. The only ones happy are the Board to keep lifestyles going, the brokers being paid the fees and the odd ttrader as long as they can time the exit correctly otherwise they wil be left holding the baby. Good luck with that.

Sorry but a) i have many years of commercial experience b) have seen this play out so many times its ridiculous. C) if I want to comment here I will and d) if I help save one unsuspecting investor from losing money here I see it as a good thing..

What disgusts me is that the two of you post great long posts of garbage to try and drown out any comments that dont fit with your ramping agenda in order to try and suck in the vulnerable

Let's get some FACTS straight shall we:-

1. The cash runway gives them until end of March no longer. So its either a placing or administration.

2. It is a lifestyle company with bloated admin costs it has delivered zero revenue in 18 years and has held something like 20+ rounds and three 125:1 share consolidations. It has no means of income other than from placing.

3. Comments here about pie in sky valuations, buy outs, acquisitions and eye watering licence deals are total fantasy - due diligence alone is at best a 6-9mth cycle if they had an interested party tomorrow it could not complete before cash runs out and better for a buyer to sit back, wait for administration and pick up any assets in a fire sale.

4. The big elephant in the room: There are NO interested parties, jeeze this technology is older than hens teeth, no interest in 18 years, no peer group reviews, trials, its completely bloody dead. It was superceded years ago.

Punting on buying these shares is like punting on buying the emperors new clothes - there is zero here that is investible.

What i think now?

I will tell you exactly, big pump buy in to inflate the SP, brokers and traders cash out, leaving the unknowing scratching their heads why the SP has tanked, this helps pay off the supporting brokers who worked on shares for fees. In march a 125:1 consolidation and another discounted raise if ME can get support, might be touch and go next time (should be declined) but he has got away with it now so many times its a joke.

That is what will happen next, if he cant raise it will be lights out and administartion. Meanwhile the rampers are doing all they can to ramp it to get the SP up but the sell off is comming any moment, only a fool would hold these longer than a short term trade. It is not an investment, its a short term trading punt at best, last one left in not sold holds the baby

You really do post some rampy BS. Good grief, you will be telling us next that ME had lunch in KFC and comparing valuations.

I respect you have a vested interest in trying to lure unsuspecting newbies into this lifestyle play for your benefit but the harsh reality is that anyone holding these before the end of the tax year is either going to see the value completely trashed by a) another highly dilutive raise, probably 0.10 - 0.15 at best IF he can get it over the line, b) a share consolidation, suggest 125:1 again, that is the favoured option from past experience or c) market finally says enough is enough and calls time on this lifestyle play.

With a history of failed promises and zero delivery this is not an investment.

NB. The only statement i agree with, but for different reasons is your final line "valuations may be subject to rapid change". indeed, the assets are NOT worth the inflated value of this business. I can tell you now in the private sector a loss making lab and business delivering zero revenue but burning over close on £2m a year in admin costs/ salary packages a year would not secure interested parties for £1. Its not viable nor has its business model been proven in over 15 years - absolutely ridiculous

LMOL - Yeah right and i will start flying soon - only one on this forum with any trading skills is Nick, in and out on a margin, fair play. The rest that are not staff have now either seen this for what it is, or still chasing the ace and averaging down in denial that this is anything other than a lifestyle business.

And you can still get stock at only a 25% premium to the placing, fill your boots i say, brokers need to offload their stock to cover the fees deal and there is bubbly to pay for the directors christmas party. Not to mention the clocks already ticking on the march placing and if brokers dont get the stock offloaded to cover their fees they wont be doing another fee for shares deal with them in March.

So hurry, hurry, they need as many mug punters as possible to support lifestyles. Fill your boots. Also, you would be helping anyone trapped get out so you would be doing them a favour also. Go for it.

Sorry but i 100% agree with @Nick its a trade and nothing more. Dead cat bounce from .25 as a result of a) nick buying a chunk of stock in the open market ready to dump at target, b) Stephen buying a further chunk at .25 chasing the ace to the average down his over extended existing holding and c) iceman and other punters joining the pump and dump.

Bottom line: if you can in and out on a trade good luck to you but only a blithering idiot will be left holding these before the tax year is out because as sure as light is day its a consolidation and raise in march or its administration.

Oh and dont compare with APTA its two differently run penny shares, both full of hot air granted but APTA is at least doing a few million in revenue this one doesnt know what an invoice is, they have delivered zero revenue in 17 years

At .25 in and out on a dead cat bounce i can see your logic. But you have got all the broker shares that will offload shortly and they are out of cash in March and its either a big consolidation again and raise or administration so a fairly short trading window.

Also, as you know with this stock if you trade chunks its easy getting stock but not so easy to offload especially when the dumpers all take profits out so you dont want to be caught trapped with the stock having missed your exit that's for sure.

You will have a consolidation event to look forward to in the new year and a further highly dilutive raise in March and that's ONLY if the brokers can find new mugs to back it otherwise its administration and best price for any lab equipment.

If you want to play chase the ace that's fine but don't try and kid others this is something other than a lifestyle business because its not, completely 100% proven, short term punts only, in and out on any spikes but just make sure you are out before the broker dumping of the eye watering number of shares they need to offload to cover fees.

Yes, desperate attempt by connected parties to pump it up, if brokers don't get their fees out i would say he has zero chance of another lifestyle raise in March so they are on borrowed time now IMO.

At the end of the day, no matter what ramping is done, no matter what false promises are made ultimately there has to be some delivery and some accountability. There has to be an end to the raise, spend, consolidate cycle.

Same ramping game, out with the burnt user names here and in with the new to try and sucker anyone in whilst brokers get ready to offload stock in lieu of their fees - you couldn't make it up.

Its an absolute disgrace brokers have allowed this lifestyle business to keep taking money off unsuspecting members of the public.

And no doubt they will allow it again in March, clearly you can fool some of the people, some of the time.

Not to mention @ratty some nice expense paid trips to the USA to get some golf in, sorry attend conferences, really is not the same risk factor as your average mug punter suckered in here, lets be honest.

Total fantasy - with DD not enough time before cash runs out in March, that simple and if there were ANY party wanting to take any assets, seriously they would be able to pick up anything they want up from administrators for sub £ 50k all in. They just need to sit back and wait.

Brokers need to off load all the fee shares meantime, so fair play for trying the old " acquisition" pump ramp, worth a go to sucker some in before the dump. Good luck with that.
