I find it shocking, that brokers keep supporting this but I guess as long as long as they get their fees who cares about investors returns.

Point here is that at the last raise, a key part of his pitch was that Labs was going to break even. I didn't believe one jot of it, just saying what he thought possible backers wanted to hear. But here we are at the next raise and its not a case of Labs didn't break even we missed target by 10 or 20 percent yada yada, they haven't invoiced a dam thing. Big fat Zero. Its like the moment they get the cash across the line, its business as usual, WFH, no pressure to actually deliver on anything. They do not value the investment, its too easy come easy go, - that's how I see ir.

I think the fact that I personally find really disrespectful and a disgrace is that there is no and never been any appreciation or value to the money that investors have put into this company. It is totally taken for granted.

Let's just take the last few raises at an average of £1.5m a go, they will spunk the lot on admin costs, bonuses, trips abroad but its your money. They are spending someone else's cash without a bloody care in the world, zero accountability. SH are just a cash tap you turn on as required.

Any moment soon they will be at the trough securing another million quid odd- let that just sink in, another million quid to fund lifestyles, its crazy. Good grief at least Robin Hood had the decency to wear a mask!

Always good to go out to these places in person, get your flights booked, hotel on the expenses etc, I mean who wants to bother with zoom or teams and stay in the wet UK when you get out into the sunshine, and at SH expense - superb

Doesn't take Einstein to quickly calculate £838k/6 = c 140k pcm cash burn. Cash at 30/6 £518k =3.7months so now running on fumes high chance cant cover October payroll without more charity sorry i'm mean SH hard earnt in the discounted placing.

Amazed the SP hasn't absolutely nosedived on those figures but it will likely get another placing away, why not, whats another one between friends. My best bet is £1.5m at .20 give them another 10 months of lifestyles - be interesting to see if ME can pull it off again...

Half of me thinks well they get away with constant raises so what's another one between friends, the brokers make a few quid out of it so highly likely, the other half of me thinks at some point investors will say enough is enough. You can only change broker so.many time and rinse so many of their clients before someone asks if the broker is acting in the clients best interests or not.

Yes, but what it will be is that those that are trapped waiting for a miracle will be desperate for the raise not to come in under the .50 and likely already fighting for that behind the scenes but in reality the stock has to be sold into hence my .20 prediction.

I am actually surprised how well the bid is holding up to be honest, dilution this time will be brutal but he can always follow with another 125:1 consolidation and that should get shares in issue numbers back under control post placing. Then let the dust settle and rinse / repeat. A tried and tested formula that has proven to work.
