I fail to see why the board is receiving so much negativity here.

The investor presentation made it crystal clear that they were in active discussions and were working on the best licensing partner arrangement going forwards.

They are NOT disappointing anyone; they are doing what they said they were doing.

Valirx couldn’t be anymore clear short of saying yes, we like the deal with x company and are signing on Tuesday.

They confirmed that: -

A factor was also making sure the partner was going to be aligned with the way they wanted the process to continue.

The licensing deal would consist of an upfront payment and an ongoing increasing payment as various stages towards commercialisation were reached. They confirmed it would likely be back end loaded.

The data for 201 was excellent and the data was issued under review.

The position with 301 and the Japanese biotech was going well but it did not prevent them for reviewing other offers.

They also had to work at the potential partner’s pace

The legacy projects were in a position to license first and they were now moving focus to the other projects to position towards licensing.

Timeline was confirmed that they are still on track for at least one licensed deal to be confirmed before the year end.

If you sold at 32 the spread can widen by 1.5p and you pay a slight premium anyhow on larger buys so you need to hope the SP falls more than 10% to buy back in to actually get anywhere

I think enough time wasted on A1b2c3 as i say, moment he buys back in he will champion this as the next stock going to £2.66. Frankly, a bloody lot of noise from someone who only had £6k invested for three days.
Probably panic set in incase a Bull Run reverses this back to north of 40p, news break of a license deal will do just that.

The share price decline was disappointing especially as the recovery has only just started and the market cap of the business is only £ 22m. I mean come on…

Anyhow, I took the decision to ADD today. Nothing has changed in the business in 24hrs as far as I am concerned. I have every confidence the management team will deliver.

Once that first license deal comes over the line, we should see a step change in the share price, and it may just catch a number of short-term players out.

As I say, it comes down to if you think the company can deliver.

If you think they will its fill your boot’s time, an update could land at any moment

If you do not think they will, then run for the hills.

At £22 m value the upside potential is off the scale. Its total madness selling at this point being so close now to the deals being completed but I guess everyone has their own investment timelines and objectives.

I can’t call all the posters here investors because frankly some are clearly not. Some have behaved disgracefully.

Stocks do not travel in straight lines, its shocking that this afternoon this board descended into total chaos because why, a few sold out for short term gains or didn’t have the confidence in the company to deliver on what they say they will.

The business investment proposition today is no different to what it was yesterday. The only difference is that today we shed 5.25p off the share price today or £3m wiped off an already low market cap. Meanwhile, the business continues to go from strength to strength, they are working to deliver on what they say.

Today, I added to my position by another 150,000 shares. On a positive, I see it that those that sold today would be first out the door at the 55p level, its longer-term investors we want not short-term traders, and this business will succeed.

Of course, I can’t help but feel that it would be poetic justice if an update did land on licensing progress and those that sold out missed the boat and those spending all day here just knocking the business and its shareholders had something to think about – we can but hope.

Anyhow, onwards, and upwards from here, see what tomorrow brings but it looked to me like there was at least some stability at that 34-35p line so you never know we could bounce back up from here but whatever the case, its simply a matter of time anyhow.

I have every confidence the BOD will deliver, this is not a get quick rich scheme, it’s investing, and it requires patience.

Now no guarantees in this world and I'm not suggesting VAL will do exactly the same. What i'm merely illustrating is that the journey is NOT a straight line. We could travel from 40p to £1.20 on a similar pattern and we would sustain small dips along the way.

My personal view is buy the shares, lock them away and come back Christmas if the heat in the kitchen is too hot along the journey.

The Second half results were really good especially following the Covid and Brexit issues that impacted the business in H1

So we are looking at Revenues for the year of £6.7m exceptional.

mcap at 17p SP was just £6m ie less than they are doing in revenue, go figure.

Full report out mid November so only a few weeks to go. looks like a no brainer buying at these levels.

The outcome of the GLP decision in relation to Abingdon would without doubt influence the decision of the DHSC. In Abingdon’s case they can’t agree anything until the GLP have reached a decision in December. They are locked in.

I have said from the start that I believe that this will be settled 50/50 as having been involved in two contractual disputes that’s how they were settled to avoid court and increased legal costs. I believe this will go that way. Neither party will want to escalate this further Imo.

It’s also clear to me that Poidster was correct when he referenced, he was aware of stock on pallets that NHS were trying to return. None of us here really took that post with the seriousness that it deserved.

Likewise, we didn’t take the Indy news article back in November when they confirmed only 170 machines in situ due to training issues not 300 with the attention that deserved. The fact the company did not comment tells us the article was likely accurate. Of course, hindsight Is a wonderful thing.

We now believe the write down was Exsig stock, it has a shelf life of six months, so if it was sitting around on pallets awaiting return it would be scrap, hence the write down. Equally DHSC are not going to pay for something they returned, invoiced or not.

So, in all, this is not so much about what we were told but more about what was not said. Shareholders have been in the dark the entire time.

Moving forwards, the good news is that David is joining 18.10 I have every confidence he can turn this around. Once the Dispute is resolved frankly it will be like a massive weight is lifted from our neck and we can march into 2022 driving this forward.

Yes, indeed you are right, the exceptional work of the new management team led by Suzy, the fantastic progress being made, the brilliant presentation are all to Valirx credit. They are simply amazing and the reason to invest here, Agree with you totally.

The only bit you are not comprehending is this:-

You can manufacture the best tasting cakes in the world and put them on a stall, if people walking past the stall are told by historic customers who tried a previous recipe that the cakes are likely to taste sh@t and will give you belly ache because the last batch did, people are put off trying them.

To make the situation worse, if nobody knows about these great tasting cakes or even where your stall is, the cakes just sit there with limited interest.

Once a few new people taste them and say wow, those cakes are bloody amazing i want to buy more, i must tell other people, it snowballs. Next thing you know Sainsbury's talks to the cake manufacture and puts an order in for shed loads of cakes.

Daft analogy I know but you take my point?

This has been Valirx, the Share price was drifting in the 20p range with its market cap on its ars@ for best part of a year. It's now gaining traction, investors are taking notice, they are watching the presentation, they are taking positions - using the analogy: Many are tasting those cakes and loving them, buying more, telling others and we are now awaiting that big order.

440 plus trades on Friday, the business is being talked about and interest increasing as a result. We can all do our bit as bring awareness to Valirx, that's how i see it. You might not agree with that but im doing everything in my power to help promote as shareholder.

As i have said many times, IF just one project ultimately makes a difference and saves just one person with Cancer, it will all be worth it. We can all make money, its just paper stuff, you can't replace people. Sorry to go all philosophical but this business is making a difference and i cant embrace that enough.
