Get those quills at the ready and down to the Avon, you know you want to... not many fishing days left in the season.

Share Price will take care of itself, this is going one way now, not necessarily in a straight line and it wont happen all in one day, this is a journey we are on now but trajectory is far north from here as i see it.

We closed Friday at the £ 26 m mcap level, so we are barely close to HALF the peer average here. Investors should DYOR and work out what they think fair value is compared to other Biotech's but I'm putting fair value with the first deal behind us north of £65 m market cap £ 1 share price, give or take, depending on terms.

Once we know the exact terms we can then gauge probably what the next two deals might look like, then of course its down to what new projects they add to the stable to bolster the future pipeline but i see no reason why we can't be pushing a £95m market cap so about £ 1.50 by end of Q1 2022 - That's my own personal calculation and others will have different views but one thing is certain, we are looking at a materially higher SP to where we are now as i see it.

So i think its a no brainer buying at these levels but look into it, look at the deals in the market and run your own slide rule over the sums but its looking fairly good odds if you ask me.

Strap yourselves in for Monday guys, I'm expecting a MAJOR Share Price boost.

I'm hearing that the Sunday Roast Interview has been absolutely Amazing as expected. To further clarity, to quote:

‘We can absolutely say we are on track to have a deal signed by the end of the year’

then again says

‘a signature on the first documents that will make it announceable before year end’

So Get in there..... that should shut the naysayers up.... talk about gift wrapped with a bow on top...

What an amazing, amazing opportunity this is, and jeeze, at 40p we are only at £26m Market Cap, peer average 80p £52m - oh my days, this share is worth north of its first pound all day long.

The train is still on the tracks with a new driver. Fact the Meeting is going ahead should see a massive boost Monday to the share price
Personally i cant wait to see the back of GM and David take over.

Very Quick Synopsis:

An incredibly promising Biotech that accelerates the development of treatments in cancer and women’s health to improve patient lives.

They select and incubate promising novel drug candidates and guide them through an optimised process of development, from pre-clinical studies to clinic to investor-ready assets.

They do not YET have a commercially viable drug but have made significant progress developing both legacy and more recent drug candidates. They are on the cusp of licence deals being completed before the end of this year. Hence the increasing interest.

The current drug stable includes:
* VAL401 lung/pancreatic cancer drug candidate
* VAL 201 prostate cancer drug candidate
* VAL301 endometriosis drug
* BC201 A Peptide repurposed for anti-inflammatory use
* Lastly, the company’s recent partnership with a London university has its triple-negative breast cancer drug under evaluation, after which Valirx could license the technology under pre-agreed terms.

The clinical results out last September were great and the recent presentation absolutely fantastic so its all looking good.

As a bonus the share price at 40p represents a mere £26m Market Cap. The peer average at this point is 52m an 80p share price hence, the Biotech is materially undervalued and the upside from here is stratospheric with just one licence deal.

Oh and least I forget, the CEO here is just amazing, new team, new ethos and really cares about the shareholders. Which is totally refreshing compared to others on AIM.

If you have the time to go through each resolution and take a view that's up to you, a lot of very p@ssed shareholders might do that but frankly i would be amazed if any don't get passed but you never know. If you hold ANY shares here you need to vote as the consequences of not voting will just inflict further damage on the already fragile share price.

With David starting Monday you at least have hope of the Share Price recovering. Personally i think we may see an uplift starting on Monday once the AGM goes ahead - you never know.

I do rate Zac Mir, I follow similar logic. He's not everyone's cup of tea but he hits it right more often than not.

I think if we can get a good interview out from the Sunday Roast with further positivity, hopefully get that syndicated and picked up and reported on, we could add further investors next week.

It's the move to the peer average 80p line i want to see prior to licensing terms and i just don't think £52m Market Cap is that big an ask frankly for this business. I think if we could secure that, it would set us up with a really strong base for a good step change on licensing.

Well was hoping for a stronger close but can't complain general direction of travel continues.
Every day is another day closer to confirmed terms and we continue building.

Also, what a great volume day today, 410 trades today, superb, onwards and upwards.
First milestone point 55p then onto 80p, loving it.

More shares moving to sticky hands too, superb. It's been a good week.

What I like about this Is our mcap is still ridiculously low for where we are so ultimately it had to start re-rating at some point.

Here’s hoping for a good blue trading day today with a solid close going into the weekend Sunday Roast interview and then more investors joining on Monday.

I genuinely think we can break the 55p line over the next week or so, before the month end and then onto the 80p peer average line before confirmed contract terms finalised

Feeling really confident here due to the very low previously oversold mcap level we are building from. As a quick reminder: -

Market Cap at 40p is still ONLY £26m – Crazy Cheap
Market Cap at 55p is just £35m

PEER AVERAGE 80p REPRESENTS £ 52m

Market Cap at £1 = £65m
Market Cap at £2 = £130m

I mean what a position to be in, buying in at these levels. What an opportunity and the trading range chart also looks just superb,

Of course, it would help if Cenkos can secure the interest of a small Biofund or other institutional investment support.

I really want them to start earning their keep frankly and whilst the company see them as adding long term value, I am a little more reserved, I want Valirx to hold their feet to the fire and understand exactly what contacts they are making, and to which funds they are talking to?

Currently I have sent the details to a family office that I’m hoping will take a position and I appreciate these things take time.

However, what I do not want to see is contract terms completing, S P Angel issuing a revised broker note as a result which will happen and funds buying in because of that and Cenkos just riding in off the back of it which could well happen without putting any spade work in.

Anyhow, will see how events unfold but no free lunches I say.
