Valirxians,

Still Materially Undervalued at £ 31m Market Cap but good progress being made, we continue our north trajectory.

Had a number of DMs suggesting a 3p or 4p retrace likely before another push forward as we have had five blue days on the trot and no stock goes up in a straight lines. Kind of think that’s just swing trader’s hopeful of catching a couple of pence, we are experiencing intra day swings anyhow so another good day today more than possible.

As I have commented before I can’t be bothered myself to try and time trades. You can bet your life the day you are out will be the day the news drops. Mind you, will be poetic justice for some!

Eitherway, I’m expecting us to be in that 74p to 85p trading range fairly soon. With the Peer Average at £ 52m Market Cap, 80p level it’s a total no brainer.

Breaking the £1 line, £ 65m Market Cap level will be harder I think and will likely need the update news to land but I believe
we will massively step change at that point moving well into the first pound heading to the second, depending on deal size with the other legacy licence deals to follow soon after.

Hopefully come end of March OB can be sending out those tickets for the £2.36 party :)

I try a mix, I did previously send the Times a very nice email about the sex bias in Trials, no reply. Same for Guardian, Observer, Daily Mail, Women in Business, Telegraph, FT, BBC. I thought especially with Stand up to Cancer going on it might get picked up but guess they all get inundated. Oh well, you got to give it a go.

Well I'm not that great at it @DI just trying to create lots of noise to bring investor attention to the stock. It sat for 12 months practically unnoticed. I'm a bit like a noisy cheer leader before the main event.... its good new investors are getting involved.

I p@ssed Nick off today, wasn't intentional he had sold 60k and I asked him, not very diplomatically, if he could stay off the sell trigger until after the first deal landed. obviously went down like a lead balloon. Anyhow, i have since sent DM and apologised, i don't want to p@ss him off. He's a great supporter of this business. Anyhow, i'm understanding that any future sells would be stage managed less than 3% on high volumes. So that's a positive

I think once Cenkos get us some Funds on board that will make a material difference and individual positions less noticable. The move by Adam today was terrific send out a real positive message to the market.

At the end of the day, i genuinely just want to see the share price materially north from here, get it over its first quid, make some money myself and hopefully new and historic investors and we all do well.

Investing now is a great and key time in its transformation

CNKS are all over this today, practically constantly on the BID taking stock in and keeping well off the ASK - there is a reason for this.
I may be calling this wrong but I’m expecting another TR1 with a new position

If Cenkos talk to a specific BioFund or other and that fund agrees to take say a 3% interest in VAL and let’s face it this is what they have been instructed to do, secure II support, then CNKS would need to take in circa 2 m of shares at average prices to fill that order.
It’s pure guesswork, but just maybe they are sitting on the Bid because they have that such client lined up? Hope so anyhow, don’t want them just taking a free ride here!

No point what so ever dwelling over the past, the past is resigned to history

New team, new ethos, new USP, new direction, legacy products being licensed, new projects being added,a fantastic CEO and one of the best risk/reward ratios on the AIM from this point.

Suzy can’t restore historic shareholder losses overnight, but she is doing her best to doing her level best to make a difference now. The stock is now in recovery, yes granted it will take a while for some BUT it’s finally going in the right direction

So let’s stay positive, get behind the business and give it our full support

Will we see some New TR1 positions taken this week?

Traders will trade and have specific profit target points
The well researched and investors are long and staying long, if we were already at 200m mcap it would be a different call, different risk ratio but we are not, we are a materially low 30m.

We are not even at peer average, as such it’s simply a case of BUY and ADD and sit back until Christmas where the SP will be significantly higher.

If traders want to catch waves be my guest, just try not to out at the point the update lands now that will be costly

Finally another factor that occurred to me, if I was at one of the target bios working on 201, 301 or 401 and knew I was gearing to advance it,I may well be tempted to buy a few myself, not to mention we are still waiting for Cenkos to connect with a fund? Is that now happening and stock is moving in another direction?

Interesting times but with so far to go, I’m certainly not selling any of mine that’s for sure

Well the Peer Average sits at the 80p line, an Mcap of £ 52m at this point

We open this morning at 47p representing £ 30m so still a good way to go. We are not even close to Peer Average yet . The chart is showing nice step moves forward north from here, so looking very positive:-

The Pod cast on Sunday with Zac Mir practically guaranteed contracts signed shortly hence this should soon then put us in the £1 to £2 Range so its all very much to play for.

I continue to ADD here at these levels whilst the risk reward ratio is this good. I Believe we have more than a fighting chance of a three bag plus in the short term from this point.

Very Quick Synopsis:

An incredibly promising Biotech that accelerates the development of treatments in cancer and women’s health to improve patient lives.

They select and incubate promising novel drug candidates and guide them through an optimised process of development, from pre-clinical studies to clinic to investor-ready assets.

They do not YET have a commercially viable drug but have made significant progress developing both legacy and more recent drug candidates. They are on the cusp of licence deals being completed before the end of this year. The CEO in the Pod Cast with Zac Mir on Sunday confirmed that it will be announceable shortly hence, the increasing interest on Monday.

The current drug stable includes:
* VAL401 lung/pancreatic cancer drug candidate
* VAL 201 prostate cancer drug candidate
* VAL301 endometriosis drug
* BC201 A Peptide repurposed for anti-inflammatory use
* Lastly, the company’s recent partnership with a London university has its triple-negative breast cancer drug under evaluation, after which Valirx could license the technology under pre-agreed terms.

The clinical results out last September were great and the recent presentation absolutely fantastic so its all looking good.

As a bonus the share price at 47p represents a mere £30m Market Cap. The peer average at this point is £ 52m an 80p share price hence, the Biotech is materially undervalued and the upside from here is stratospheric. Also, with just one licence deal should see us firmly in the £1 to £2 range hence all to play for.

Oh and least I forget, the CEO here is just amazing, new team, new ethos and really cares about the shareholders. Which is totally refreshing compared to others on AIM.

During this Podcast the CEO Confirms
‘We can absolutely say we are on track to have a deal signed by the end of the year’
then again says
‘a signature on the first documents will make it announceable before year end’

So its looking like the legacy projects are now a certain bet to license this year in which case a significant step change in the share price likely.
