Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Jalpa what a sad conceited condescending waste of space you are. You lose not a penny yourself but you make light of others loss and mock their tears. You really are a nasty piece of work - Biff is vile in many ways but he does reserve his insults to me and there is an honesty and morality in him sadly lacking in you. If your writing represents you as an individual you have a lot to learn about life - so you get cracking.
Just to point out MCS retrieved information from companies house beta. which I suggested and through info there tracked down the She asked initially asked me if I had had a boiler and I said no and I said I knew someone and mentioned magian. In the end did not need the numbers but a waste if time. Buffalo ?
Good to hear from you el.toro. Sharing the report with me would not invalidate it - but would satisfy my curiosity and validate you as reliable source. I accept your views in this - but what about us meeting up one day for a pie and pint as I Jalpa was kind enough to do. Terry's on lemonade before 6pm - its a rule. Depends where you are of course and would not be in the immediate. So Jabil were aware the boiler was malfunctioning. They invested 8 million later so something must have influenced then. I phoned MCS and they wanted magian's boiler product numbers. We found Flow info eventually but they couldn't give me sold numbers or any complaint details. I have rung the testing facility before and got zero frim so won't bother again. the.buffalo did you finallt get a reply - What did you learn ?
Tibbs tells it like it is. W'eve got one conceited @rsewipe on the forum whose needing to get his head so far up his own *rse to join the dots he is spewing us his own bile in the process. There are so many ridiculous statements in your last post I wouldn't know where to start . Go away lock yourself in your own mindset and write a sensationalist book or something - The Baxi proves not a jot the unviability of mCHP via ORC - The failure of Flow Products does bring some real evidence that the tech does not work in a business model to extract profit. Jayee1 has confirmed the pot is empty. What is now on the table is a fact finding mission to establish the truth and collect supporting evidence to charge any directors who breached their duties. Investors relied on written statements to fully tell the truth. Evidence must be found to contradict RNS's to establish fraud. We are not joining dots now we are collecting the dots. A parrot suffering from the verbals should even understand that ! As Terry tells ya - 'You buy a car from me you get a runner'!
Tibbs will continue with this until the truth is out. As Jason Statham says in one of his movies -
" I always follow through"
The superior mind was guilty of complacency and preconception. Having tied a lot of money to the mast I wanted to believe in the ship and the journey, and a chunk of objectivity was sacrificed. Graham Wales in his early writing was in part an influence for me to up my investment. He is a poster I trust, and his wayward words at the end still had some plausability and may have led me to holding on with those million late shares.
When I was considering a much larger investment in the group two years ago, it was not just the boiler side but the whole business that I wanted to do due diligence on. That included the energy side and the battery. I was not an early investor who had the chance of a factory visit - was it back in 2012/2013. I wanted Tony Stiff to sell me the business plan on a personal level, as if I was an institutional investor. That meeting I wanted to take place in 2016 never happened and I do not think he wanted a personal meeting - it would have broken the mould and I was conceived as possibly dangerous as a writer, and yes I had broken the confidentiality of our phone calls.
My words on here are dissected, distorted, and ripped apart by jalpa the equaliser and Biff the bell end angry one (and Tibbs will not have a further word said against him). Talking about opinions which is all jalpa does is largely a waste of time - now the business is finished. There was a time for it - when there were possibilities.
Facts are what we need and reports not jalpa's jousting jelly brain getting overheated, get out the hankies out, or Biff's bellicose bouncer, trouser belt, strong arm, back of the throat " You betta watch yerserlf " Both separate themselves from me by not being shareholders - and one looks like an ex-employee and the other just wanting to bang to rights a completely corrupt scam as he openly states.
I still keep an open mind, but have put faith in el.torro being honest in his statements - it is a leap of faith for me and granted, his words do not constitute any evidence, but a gut feeling tells me he is likely to be telling the truth. I would hope el.torro, you would corroborate some of your statements to me via the premium service which Tibbs will join with a nod from you.
I would put a wager on who tm1978 is, and she is most probably female but not the past MD of flow products. I would need a whole post and a lotta time to discuss her.
jalpa now look, I have got this nice little runner - its yours for two quid and you get two workable bumpers - Terry has even t-cutted the two seats for ya but you've got to come down SOUTH, pick the thing up and we'll go for a run and I'll drive ya to Beachy Head and back. What do ya say ? Tibbs throws a lot in for two quid.
jalpa I'm not particularly fond of parrots but if that changes and I acquire one I know exactly what to call it hmmm jjjjj J A L P A get back on yer perch - That's better now who's a pretty pretty boy then ? now give Terry the lowdown on ffff..ffff FRAUD then and I'll give yer a biscuit.
Streuth that three pounds of quivering jelly you've got balanced behind yer police shades seems to have developed some technique for discerning certain facts in a semi logical fashion - but what goes with it is tv ads and a tendency for boring the *rse off anyone looking in yer cage, and listening to yer repetitious sh*te. Don't get me wrong - you have got a brain and yes above average, but it's no way flexible enough. You frame a view and if any new data comes along you twist that to join the dots - in other words to fit into the exact shape of your preconceptions. I on the other hand, the past superior mind, have that flexibility in my thinking to change my view completely. I have a logical solution to who the size eight caped one is - yes tm1978. Given new data and making the presumption my previous was wrong, and tm1978 was not fit into the suit of the MD of Flow Products.
Now who in your locked bird brain opinion is she/he ? If you state no idea - that's fine but I have arrived at a logical assessment of who she/he might now be. What's yer take ? Now tell Terry - and no telly !
I have a further conundrum for you coming up. It will be interesting to see if you don't answer at all or sideswipe but this later one is certainly within yer grasp - it's easy man. Even my caddy Biff could guess a go at it.
Tibbs will sell yer anything that moves and your caveat if it stops - over and out.
The smaller part of my investment was made up of bank loans to the tune of 30k which I am paying off for another two years - so even more stupid - and for you even harder to believe jalpa.
You've written at length on fraud and your conclusions on evidence just would not hold water in court. You have to have substantive proof of any misfeasance and just saying there was no proper boiler will have the judge in legal hysterics. I have tried to evince extract written proof from ex-employees but no way will they play ball. Others have sworn loudly and provocatively, but none has produced that report or is interested in letting me see any damning written matters. If what they suggest is true, then yes there may well be a case of fraud - but they are not coming up with the goods. If anyone is going to prove fraud then it would have to be an ex-employee or someone who has such confirmatory evidence via an ex-employee or connected person.
As an ex-investor I certainly harbour doubts (based on what I have read from others and my own conclusions) but no sufficient information - and unless someone who worked in the company is willing to come forward and publish privately or otherwise, then there is nothing to be done. tm1978 suggests she has taken action, so in my opinion if what she says is correct, she is either an ex-employee or someone who has links with such. She has made mistakes on here, and insists on keeping in the shadows. Kramer (and myself earlier) threw down the gauntlet to her and she ran off hissing and refusing to meet - so, all highly strange and suspicious. El toro I seem to have tarred you with my large brush, and I must say, although you insist on remaining mute and inactive - you did write reasonably and cordially, so apologies for my earlier, large brush post.
Unfortunately my over confidence in the prospects of Flowgroup led me to invest all of my av available funds into this one Aim company. I also persuaded my partner to invest half of her available assets.
I had an interesting meet up with Jaydee1 and it lasted a good two to three hours. We spoke about lots of topics - not only the downfall of Flowgroup.
The whole in one was the back of my throat. At least I am now using my legs rather than just my fingers billy boy.
In fact any time today is good if anythingunexpected has come up your side.
1pm is fine if you still still ok with you Jaydee
This get together was planned just prior to the expected sale of Flow Energy and I thought there was a reason to delay until after the sale purely because there would be more to talk about, and unexpectedly the sale was shelved for an investment in the whole group.
We can chat and examine the ashes, but I do not think there is a viable action plan, apart from my begging bowl suggestion. magian you would be welcome, and if it was brought forward before Monday I could even put you up for the night, and obviously you would need and overnight bag and packed inside more tales of that which was to be the de facto consumers heating choice or game changer. 'More the merrier' reads good on paper, but would be rather stifling I think in reality, as we look into, and consider, the heat of the past. I would not particularly want to be greeted by the bohemian horde and his dog - however a size eight female, with an engineering bent, however she might appear, could possibly be propped up at the bar.
Well shall we say Tuesday @ 1pm then - I think that will be OK for me, and it will be good to meet you.
West Ruislip tube also possible in half an hour or so. Strange I don't look in here every day and was surprised and also pleased to see your reply. It would be good to meet up and introduce ourselves and have a natter, obviously I meant sit outside.
The Mitre rather - damn should have left of the arms Jaydee - erm quite nice to park ourselves outside today, if you can make it, and I can travel to near you posts haste !
I could do the Mitre Arms in Holland Park (where I tried to coax testpack 3 - the man from Rio) anytime now or this afternoon or later this evening - or could take a hot tube on the central line to a station of your choice. Probably next or the week after at a time to suit if not suitable. It probably would be just a pint or two at the most as I am cutting down on all sorts of evils. ;)
Well magian, I have tried to see the damning stuff and el.toro and other ex-emplyees are good at dhouting abuse but when it comes to action - they run away. If I held evidence of fraud I would share it. tm1978's actions will take years and she/he has always kept in secret which is strange and unsettling. It means we shareholders who have our suspicions but have no evidence to see and are thereby powerless. The facebook page never materialised. Jaydee1 if you get tired of those anger management classes I am happy to meet up for that pie and pint. Same goes to you magian but there is, I believe, a distance problem as you are up north. I suppose these pages will yellow and dry up one day, as interest fades or it the access is denied. I am interested in finding out the truth of ex-employees claims - they will not play ball - so its a stalemate.
I have no proof of that fact, yes speculation that one is at war, but nothing more !
The average investment was circa 1k, and possibly most invested in other companies and spread risk. I went all in - lost a considerable sum, a small fortune to some, and yes, some others invested large amounts, but magian's magic held no court with the FCA and all my babble will eventually find its way to the dustbin, to probably join the spent, redundant boilers, all in time.
Three solitary voices is not even near an hors d'oeuvre !
