He created the dream and I wanted to adjust and change the clouds, and whereas he saw it the others were blinkered to such chanvd and wanted only to stuff their faces with gold. Pop (Preserve Our Planet) Flow ....For Loving Our World.....My marketing message was simple. ..The world needs it.....The world demands it - forget pay for itself...GET IN !!!!
I got on well with Adrian Black and he liked me, and he wrote good things about me and we communicated privately but the other board members found me too demanding and after a three hour meeting I walked away from their Hamnersnith offices, refusing a drink with Black after, to consider new dreams. We both loved Betfair we both loved comics We parted on very good terms, me a nobody him a reluctant CEO. I later did well with the shares but money has never motivated me that much, and my clicking leather disciplined boots take some getting used to.
Let us leave the boring monochromatic ballad of Philip Green and journey to Leeds theatre and a different multi coloured chairman of variety. " Welcoming Alan to the business will, WE BELIEVE, bring further experience in helping us achieve our goals as we enter a new phase of our development."......(RNS) Tony Stiff could have left out the words we believe, and in a way not to complimentary to Alan - does his we include Nigel ? Maybe I am being pernickety. Further thought from me.... was his " I believe " a covering statement as he might have known at that time that Alan was brought in solely with an aim to prepare to close the business and that the goals could not be achieved. It is this sort of scrutiny that I find challenging and highly interesting and absorbing. Words and their use and arrangement can tell so much. The beautiful life of words - what they show and what they conceal. Johnson "stepped down" a few days before Stiff "resigned" (much stronger word and Alan wrote the latter and Tony the former)- reason: cost cutting by all accounts if you read the RNS's I seem to remember reading Graham or someone else stating that profit was coming in July. Nowhere in the RNS's is a date mentioned, just earlier than previously planned. Anyone ? Biff and jalpa - I referred to magian's post purely because it was a statement of fact (I do trust magian as a poster) We need more facts rather than opinion. As an alternative too constantly arguing on the shades of black and white and grey, it is surely better to bring more supporting fact to the table, not deriding the value of opinion, but adding to it. I think Flowgroup and the BOD should understand any questions surrounding past events from shareholders, solely because the value of shareholders' holdings were estimated at nil. The BOD must assume joint responsibility for this total failure and I think it is fair game, if there are genuine doubts, as there are here, to enquire into whether the grey areas of difficulty for the company stand up to scrutiny, and if all the factual statements in RNS's were true.
My 2.5% share price rise was referring to the 360k to 500k RNS upping the production limit, not the initiating volume production RNS. Sorry you are wrong jalpa - in this matter. [ *please look back to magian's post everyone, it is becoming lost in a sea of verbiage]
jalpa I have no evidence that would prove that the boiler back then was a production model but I believe the increased production level limit would prove further expectation and yes it could have been a pumping tool but difficult to prove. I placed no reliance on it and it did not figure in my calcualtions or in the mind of other shareholders as the dhare price rose little - whether it might be considered part of what you are suggesting was all fake news - well it might add a small piece of weight. No palpitations tm just a headache and yes that possibly is the more likely, if given what you state is true and you have started several actions. When I wrote I had rung the SFO you did not put up this better argument, no you said in no way had I rung them - a typical belittling emotional response from you and one you use to win this possibly gullible crowd. You were once going to meet Kramer14 and this evidence would have been seen but suddenly you backed out. Your recent post about my digging was strangely removed, and from memory it was lodged at the end of you post and went something like this..... " I would advise you to stop your digging and causing further embarrassment to yourself "...very strange and tends to suggest you yourself might have something to hide.
I have woken with a headache, and possibly the reason for the two negatives in my last post making it nonsensical.
The raising of a production levels in a contract is indicative of expected production levels in the future but I do not think this will not add to any weight of evidence in a court of law. The share price rose just 2.5% on this news from memory.
If this is not their area of concern as magian states and tm1978 has listed this in her line of attack and advised everyone to complain to them does not this surround tm1978 with a large smell of fish. I contacted the SFO some time ago after tm suggested she had raised a complaint. They checked their database and nothing there. Whether "she" has some other ongoing enquiry - well maybe this is a possibility........... " Notice Stiff doesn't use the word "volume" in contrast to the main body of the RNS. The first clear indicator this statement is slippery and seeks to mislead. Your deduction is opinion based here and any court would need facts. I would tend to agree that the onus would be on a defendant to prove his claim that the production model was as stated. Possibly also for the prosecutor to prove it wasn't - I am not a lawyer so just my opinion
I raised my voice to unfairness when I was a worker and got demoted. I reported dishonesty and caused a strike in another job as a student. I reported my female manager's affair in another job, which was affecting my efficiency and she and another worker left. I challenged - I did far more than my work duties. I suppose I have much higher expectations of what duties people have. I am a SEAN and not an ounce of the flippancy of a Roger. Had I joined the BOD I would have been initially quiet and accepting and won confidences, but later challenging. It is my way !
I was not intending to write today but here I am on my umpteenth. I see that the.buffalo has been dealt with forcibly and pulled by the horns, and possibly disposed of at the track side, by the look of things. The french student riots in the late sixties, on this exact day in May, saw De Gaulle escaping to a secret airbase in Germany, and the harder fought protests of Tinanmen square, were all loud swearing buffalo types - high energy but not really solving things, as the French are still divided, and the Communist party in China, may have wooed the population for a while, changing direction, and making some of them think they are richer, but they are much more embedded and still plunder those riches. Certainly magian and to a lesser extent Jaydee1 both held up strong challenges to the legitimacy of what was supposed to be happening, but unfortunately, the other current naysayers have been woeful in action, too loud, abusive, and rude, excluding jalpa a more reasoned voice, but then again he used to have two numbers after his name, and there is so much change here, it just makes you wonder at the orchestration. tm1978 you may have been under some gagging order, but your message failed to convince people like me, you certainly swayed opinion, but it all looked so personal to me - I was in grave doubts about your message. You started off driving past Jabil every morning, and wondering if you should sell your shares. Tallywacher was hewn from the rougher part of town but did have some sensible moments. I hold you both accountable for possibly having material evidence, but putting it out in such a careless and shoddy way, as to give completely false messages. The employees also share a heavy burden of guilt, and are almost complicit by association, if the things they report actually happened and are true. We had the challenge of an oath statement, up all last night, and for any ex- employees to agree to sign - but nobody came forward. You say there may well be signed statements jalpa, but why I ask, has this taken years - where is your duty to the unsuspecting investors like myself ? I would have broken down doors, invaded television centres, stopped meetings - but you all quietly s******ed in the background, and yes, a few writing with confused venom, and the others taking their wages home, walking quick quick past their lawyers' offices, consciences hidden in their hands. It just WILL NOT DO, and those that have uttered, have had the appearances of a disjointed ragbag army with strange plaintiff voices crying over a large milk spillage, which with appropriate action, might have been prevented or at the very least investors properly alerted. A crying shame on you all.
I treat everything I read and hear with suspicion Jalpa and will not put a man in the stocks or in the dock until I am fully satisfied. I do have leanings and doubts and suspicions, but I need more before I SHOUT ... j'accuse I fully endorse Andrew Bailey's comments, but as for palpitations, my blood runs so flat and cold with so much upset, that I share the self same feeling of motionless troubled flesh as Dr Frankenstein's experimental corpse, just before the heaven's opened and he unhappily rejoined the living to view first the crazed eyes of those who created him. I feel for all the shareholders who clung to the energy of my false enthusiasm when they should have rather slapped themselves from the intoxication of the images so created, by a dream possibly built on the whims of expectation and greed. We shall see, and hopefully the majority of this troubled journey, will be exposed and revealed, and become clearer with time. The begging bowl .....s s shakes I examine the unknown and the possible and lay them before this talking court. The rest of you bring your known and probables to the real court and we'll both and all watch for the real or unreal perspiration, and we may have our day for a penny.
Jalpa this is a leap forward and tm also has a full file of condemnatory evidence and you sit in the cabin of the large empty vessel next to her, which is now charged with your material, and my confidence is growing in your more capable and confident looking stance. I am but a poor man to point conclusively the finger of blame, and in possession of few things only bar the archive of what I have read, the memory of what I have been told, and my imagination and logic which leads me to cast a building blame and charge my finger, and in some direction. Suns out and that train may be pulling into Liverpool Central. Tony Stiff is appropriately carrying the can, but the gumshoe in me will hopefully inform what indeed lies beneath the branding label to bring about such ruin from a piece of metal, and who filled it with 50 million beans of hope and kicked it down the road, and what indeed is the secret of the recipe, and whether it stands up to a lawyer's scrutiny and the eye of a judge ?
"felt so compromised by the activities of the Board that they did resign rather than engage in what they considered to be practices that were unlawful." This statement, added to your deceitful portrayal as an ordinary shareholder, your huge acid input, your hunchbacked vitriolic chipped shoulder, your hermit like fear of public underground motorway car-parks, or any museum of choice - all corroborate and hone in at pinpointing your exact ID, or someone you are close to. Why be fearful tm, of stating who you are by unfurling your pages and exposing your concerns with a like minded spirit. You are so unlike the animal of my open vellum fully; flexible and approachable, and ready to spring at you and simply talk torque, ORC and maybe finish with the pop.....of a cork.
The first and third are opinion and the second is an indicator and at best supporting evidence of intended large scale production. I am referring to clear evidence to suggest the boiler was not a finished product when it rolled off the production line and/or that the tech was woefully inadequate to to that which was expected of it, or claimed to be, performance wise, and thereby not fit for purpose in respect of facilitating the pay for itself element of the mCHP boiler, as shareholders and investors were advised.
If that be the case then so be it - no-one has confirmed anything of the like to me. I have heard the expressions these things take time, but a long time ago.An age ago, I phoned the SFO and drew a complete blank.
Rather than endlessly talk about the nature of the tomb, rather let us enter it and extract evidence. Hard evidence is what we need not soft talk.
I am not defending the company and 80k is the soft side of my losses - it was nearer 90 and brought further much deeper losses of far greater magnitude, that I am finding hard to countenance and deal with. Far more than the money was the loss of my expectations and the hour upon hour of wasted time I spent in your company - that all adds up to a visit to the stocks for my rational highly unusual mind. I am looking at culpability and want more hard evidence on the unsuitability of the tech. Whereas I would commit to an oath - no dried up punchbag of an ex-emlpoyee will do anything more than give us a full view of his angry tonsils.
