Falling from grace was Harvey Weinstein, handcuffed with open neck shirt, and well a heatwave really and too hot their yesterday 30 degrees outside the court in Centre street in Manhattan - and only 13 minutes walk to Brad's pad in lower east side. Weinstein's company filed for chapter11 bankruptcy and tore up all the non-disclosure agreements allowing people to speak out, but of course a few had parted their lips anyway. The king's speech company have got a staking horse to buy the assets and if it was in the 12 degree lower London there would be a pinstripe walking past the old lady in threadneedle street shouting out " any old iron "
You are painting a false and rather biased picture there jalpa. If you are referring to the unintelligible gobbledygook one muira once posted, then fair enough, investors should have all enrolled at Bristol or Imperial college and taken appropriate courses to become boffins. I think there was a large element of investors wanting to believe and the RNS's being short on technical detail, did not raise any red flags, once you are on that streetcar named desire. I always felt energy supply, kept my investment in the boiler secure, but I failed to evaluate this risk correctly. The fast car Muira represented, unthinkingly answered a particular not ordinary question I had put to tm1978 a bit earlier and he/she was gone. All the various clones and the number of them, shouted the word conspiracy at me. Well Biff girl's silks are in the top room second drawer down but be careful Scott may be up there munching the MM. - " He'll be wearing silk pyjamas when he comes,... He'll be wearing silk pyjamas when he comes Yee- ha !... Singing ay, ay, yippee, yippee ay! .... He'll be ........
I have undoubtedly been a little too hard on employees and this was to redress the unfair level of blame placed on investors who were correctly suspicious of the driving by, man over the fence posts. MCS would not even give me the date registration ended and tbis organisation is now detached from government and has charitable status. Were not posters reporting on monthly numbers of FiT boilers sold as shown on the MCS website ? Was that number 5 as a voice has told us ?
Your snail mail will bring nothing Biff but bitter disappointment - Been on to RECC they only deal with consumer queries and MCS will give you a smoke screen. The tester will also clam up like Biff's girl - when you come home Friday night without the bacon. Believe me - Believe me ! She wont stay around for ever.. " Cause she knows just what you say, and she knows just what you do and she just so wants to tell you how pop so better WRECCS her room "
mrbrown would you also agree these recent post deletions come at a time of great share turbulence and movement. Would you also agree that money is at the root and moves these shares, and is the connective force that uproots posts, like saplings in the teeth of an almighty gale. .... Money moves mountains mrbrown ! !...." HELLO is it me you are looking for ? " "Is that you Brad ?" " No its Lionel here " " Lionel put me on to Brad " " RICHIE "
toomuchsunshine would you be awfully offended if I referred to you as browned off or more directly as mrbrown. That mug guy has a point hasn't he, there is actually absolutely no benefit to ORDINARY shareholders ?
No they didn't ..... no they didn't... no they didn't. ... Well that is far more the likely but don't these places feed on fake news and is that not what you are in the process of uncoverin ?
All the while the Luftwaffe rained heavy bomb from the skies and the sixth army ran advanced their bayonets on the ground the Stalingraders didn't mutter and scheme hunched in doorways like confused rats or women having their hair done, as you jalpa and the doorman. The red flag of victory was not raised by expletives and the wasted gas of words. Alan and Brad did not only talk on the phone yesterday morning, they got their heads down and dirtied.
Nobody is bitter on this forum are they ? I spent two and a half hours posting and I could be. My guess is the MM took me down as I was cooling the pump. Could have been the usual suspect and just wonder if my grains of truth had touched too near the nerve centre of what may have been going on. Much easier than risky diamonds and no jemmies or blaster - you just need any old pair of pinstripes, some pointed winklepickers, and a wad load.
"past" non-executive chairmen !
Tony tony tony is your hand tm1978,. and your signature, and it was so obvious to me like a bolt of clear lightening from the blue but I had to dwell on it. the.buffalo is your best creation to date, and you are getting better, and you had me fooled for so long. What I cannot work out is who you share the writings of this rather vile hate figure with, and my guess is somebody younger. The years long obsession for you has not been so much about the boiler, as your total hatred of Tony Stiff. You are a very big name at Flow group (or the wife of) and what prevents you bringing any legal action is that your large part or connection in this organisation, is also tainted. You know if the BOD is investigated then ex-directors and even non-executive Chairmen will have their private books opened to the microscope. Continue with this most brilliant smoke screen it is almost more of a miracle of science, than the ill-fated, now extinct, possibly never seen boiler.
Biff, are you by the remotest chance wearing fishnets and mascara ?
Mon Dieu, this haunting exortation..Tony Tony Tony rings for me the bell. I rack the the little cells Hastings - where have I heard it before ?
I had omitted the funding allegation suspicions so will possibly take a leaf from your Gibbons If I may Biff and re- post the whole herd of allegations later, and for an investor they make very depressing reading. Sticklebrickhead produces some interesting detail today. Let us look at the funding and cost we all know the allegation.... May 2015.....21.3 million (for mainly combi plus other areas) expenses = 700,000 June 2017....25.34 million (loan notes etc) ..... .......................expenses = 1.2 million Nov 2017......5 million facility (maturity August 18) Palm and Odier .......2 million drawn ................... expenses = 1% rolling per month plus 75k =262,369 K Within 3 years the company has raised 48.64 million in monies with a potential 3 million more and paid out over 2 million in expenses (max 2,162,369 (4.4 % expenses) The boiler was sold for a song and the energy company for a pittance. Is this a slight change of stance from the CEO in the 2015 results... "2014 saw one of the most important moments in the history of the Group as the Flow boiler went into manufacture in Jabil's facility in Livingston, Scotland." .......p.s.... the boiler contract went from 390k to 500k to correct myself
Let us review (from my memory of what has been written here) the anonymous allegations and the supposed fact. 1. The boiler was not a finished product when it first unit rolled off the production line on14/11/14. Pictures were taken of an empty shell, and the staff photo was staged. The electrical generating part of the boiler was nowhere near completed and the boiler was still at the prototype stage. the 350k upped to 500k final contract production figure with Jabil was merely a tool to raise investors confidence. 2. The scroll so seen in advertising was not a type or model that would generate the required electricity. The electricity generated minus input was 150w and nowhere near the 1kw so claimed by the MCS testing. The testing itself was rigged by Flow issuing false generating figures (although to counter this, it is my belief it is subject to independent scrutiny). The tech could never realise its aims in producing enough electricity to make an mCHP boiler viable. Sterling engine is the only so far proven method. 3. On Jabil site visits staff were told to paint a certain picture which was not what was actually happening. So a certain deception. The degree we do not know and this is important - but there is a paper trail. 4. Five boilers only were ever sold. Of the test boilers put out in customers' homes the leaking generating component was fixed with tyre sealant - a potentially unsafe remedy that possibly breached fire and safety regulations. 5. The tests in France were carried out incompetently by Flow employees. We have no knowledge of Jabil's cooperation in these tests but presume they would have vetted proceedings. Supposed Fact. magian's noisy boiler was replaced in summer '17 (from my memory of his post) by a quieter version but he was not able to verify the amount (if any) it produced. It looks that it was not FiT registered and was possibly a prototype model. When I phoned MCS they needed the model numbers to verify this. This boiler was eventually replaced a non mCHP model. Jaydee1 qualified for a boiler and was visited in West London by a Flow rep (forget when this was ) . He wanted an mCHP boiler but was told it was not suitable because of noise issues. If these allegations have substance the BOD and ex-employees may well have questions to answer. Two anonymous posters tm1978 and Clogheen have informed various authorities (FCA - Action Fraud - SFO) and started various actions and tm1978 has stated he/she has a lot of documentation in support and this was started some time ago and could take some time. I phoned SFO some while ago and was told there were no outstanding actions. tm1978 contends they would not not give out this information. Magian has been informed the FCA deals more with financial fraud - again this may be inaccurate.
Why would one believe anonymous posters rebutting what the official RNS's stated. The CEO who wrote most, is accountable under the the Companies acts. Anonymous posters can say what they like and could easily have had agendas hatred/shorting etc - particularly if they had been sacked or disciplined. Now consider also the quality of what they wrote and possibly the lies and exaggerations. magian and Kramer14 had both questioned the truth of the BOD's statements. These were intelligently written, well argued and sincere - I put to you magian's recent exposing posts.Let us now consider Tallywacher and tm1978 tow main 'alerters' of this truth you speak of, and consider what they wrote. Tallywacher wrote about " my man over the fence " and what the hell is that meant to mean ? He later admitted to buying shares at a bottom price of 10p and offloading them around 20p - hardly believable and corrupt if he is as you suggest an employee. He also laughed at genuine investors who still had shares after they started to fall. tm1978 started posting not long after the director of Flow Products resigned - this may of course have been coincidental. tm suggested he/she was not sure whether to hold on to his/her shares ( what sort of message is that supposed to give to shareholders and what sort of motive does that prevarication suggest ? Why should we as investors suspect he/she has special information to impart or trust him/her. He/she stated they drove past the Jabil facility every day - again that is hardly an employed person. tm seemed to have personal issues against against Tony Stiff. She obviously knew him well or knew somebody who did. It certainly looked to be a troll to me. He/she cast scorn on the boiler at one time stating it did not exist at all ( hardly believable from an investors perspective). He/she had nothing positive to say about energy supply trashing that side of the business. Now obviously he/she could not in their right mind be a shareholder - but wait for this.....When directly questioned as to whether he/she was a shareholder he/she said she was. Now this was obviously a lie. Why should I give any heed or credence from an anonymous person who lies. He/she refused to meet anyone and went mental if someone suggested she might be male and showed a certain paranoia. With all those strange messages - would you pay any heed or consider them both genuine employees imparting genuine information ? their messages were anonymous confusing and it all looked like a stake out to me. Again employees should have taken their information to lawyers and they are complicit in any fraud to a large degree if it existed. Sham on them for their selfishness.Damn them I say - taking snide pictures of empty boilers and going in the next day to get paid - DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR AND SHAMEFUL !
"Employees are bound by their contracts, and when one of the BOD has been in politics, they employees may have felt very worried about future prospects". Employees are bound by their contracts but only in as much as their actions to not further or compromise criminality or health and safety, and they had every right to bring such matters to the attention of authorities. It is pretty obvious why they remained complicit. It was to protect their jobs and el toro writes of directors coining it in - which would have been impossible for them to do within the ambit of their duties, but what of employees ? They could have made a killing if they had shares - sold them off at high prices when they new what was going on behind the scenes. I will be considering the whole possibility of insider share movement later, possibly if I feel it worhtwhile. If people have large amounts invested in the company, just to write and reflect on positives in the RNS's is not ramping - ramping suggests for profit. I got out at below a 1p. magian who put up some positive posts in the past did likewise (on reflection I was wrong suggesting otherwise to him) I do not know about darrth but suspect the same.
These barge pole posts looked and smelled like poison pen letters and why would one assume RNS's were not fully valid, and wish to replace then with pointed, possibly manufactured rather sarcastically worded rumour? Your 'knowledge' Clogheen if indeed you are part of the ex-employees stable, should have been spilled to lawyers not on an anonymous BB. Employees had no clear and outrigt duty to whistle blow bu certainly an implied one, and they would have been within their legal rights. They certainly had a strong obligation. So if this rumour is now confirmed, employees share the burden of shame. Investors do not.
There is a link between my viewing of the November man and the stillness of my posting today. Biff suggests the noose is tightening, and he considers, it connects to my fear. Pierce bought the film rights and sat on them for a long decade before telease. Similar to the Flow journey but that was longer and NiKi has more experience of this than me. Timing is so important and Brosnan's clock dimmed his energy and effectiveness. The Taken films have a more convincing and compulsive story line - and Leesom carries and sells the plot so well. Even the brilliance of Poirot would be hard pressed to connect my lack of posting today with a film I viewed on Thursday evening. There is a causal connection and I will inform you of it later. Ex-employees have facts and investors mostly have loose connections and deductions and insights - few have facts (magian does JD1 -circumstantial with an opening to fact) All highly interesting and nothing should be ruled out. ...And remember we all have it in us and Poirot puts it so well " The world if full of good people who have done bad things "
Look I can be your long lost pal I can call you Betty but to be honest FKR Its your ass you need to worry about ! Is there anybody there ? said the traveler as he knocked on the moonlit door ....
