Soft launch was the obvious way forward but the term was omitted, and the right mood had not been captured by Tony Stiff. Production model - according to the voices without feet on here, possibly yes, but confirmed by whom ?
We have written RNS evidence of one, and possibly magian's upgraded model in late 2104 is possible evidence of another, and may imply more models. He was based in Newcastle. We must use what we have and build on it, and this van trip to magian was not an epic Marco Polo journey from Jablil's factory but one of reasonable distance, speaking of which Giovanni Guisiniani a priest and co-executor named in Polo's will, was there at the death of and would have know not only the extent and twisting nature of the Silk Road the dying man traveled, but also the numbers in his estate. Maybe we should call on this cleric of good intentions, Giovanni to verify the exact number of white sailed ships that passed off the line that winter time of old and if Chewie actually made it home.
The background is deep with the stench of loss, but some cleverly made the ship and escaped the great land based storm and these we must identify and hold to account. Let us look back in time and see where men's greed can lead them. Alan Lovell our current group chairman, is a young man in the history of Lloyds, that huge and famous insurance house that grew from thr blue plaqued little coffee house in the 17th century in Lombard street right in the centre of bankbrokeciti . He stepped over the bones of dead men and the remnats of palpable greed as he entered the establishment in the late eighties, as the storm was subsiding and there was the light breeze of some reformative action. Not happy with insuring ships back in the late 60's their old greedy eyes viewed the new wealth of America and diversified their risk away from the ship. They soon knew well what they had unwittingly taken on, and the fallout from deadly absesbtos dust and the huge early claims that could lead to 30billion worth of claims and bankrupt the house - so they de-risked by taking on thousand of new names to absorb the future losses, and made it easy entry, 150k on a plate would do it back then, and a mini member half that. They even let the slendour size eights in bristling with their degrees, and well, it was meant to be easy pickings, and bit of style attached. As soon as the unsuspecting signed up they were effectively bankrupted, but little they did not know it, and that that nightmare came later. The syndicates could not close their positions after the normal three years and would go on preying on the fallen for up to 30 years. Parliament even protected them by statute, and of course those in the know about 10,000 names - the old school club members numbering aristocrats and judges and the Oxbridge blues and elite punted their wealth far away closing their positions. Let us call them the insiders. 30 suicides later and thousands of ruined lives and bankruptcies later the house still stands to this day but it bears the terrible scars of its past etched in the walls of the inside out building - they thought they smelled the coffee - they saw the history of the great past and all those ships, as Shipman's trusting beard hung over them and slipping his hand on their weakening pulses said, " Gentle down now all of you - you'll feel a lot better after the caffeine has hit you."
My last post, the beginning of it explains explains my absence.... but I may reconsidering a possible later return .....--------------------- [ The train slowed and shuddered to an abrupt halt, more or less in the middle of nowhere and Poirot pulled down a window and leaned his diminutive frame out. " Sacre, we have a cow on the track . No no no no no a hundred times no" and he plumped himself down on the seat just as the train let out a blast of steam to the amusement his fellow traveler, and enough for him to raise his copy of the Times. Hastings talking behind it " I do not see what the hurry is, there doesn't seem to be any crime as far as I can see " Poirtot" This is is a curious case full of contradictory features and I am interested yes to pick them all. After the huge theft our man has not not been obliging and dropped for us no cufflink, cigarette end, or cigar ash, but indeed he has left the signs quite evident of his nervousness, they always do Hastings, and Poirot will look not only at the records of the ships, but all transactions; the restaurants the beer houses the gossip and the litter cans in the back streets. Now it is time for work, but a working animal that is not working prevents us] --------------------- magian I have one or two lines of ongoing enquiries, but I expect little and data protection is the inevitable wall I will come up against, and my spirit is weak just like the yellow bellies of the ex workers who scream obscenities and some false accusation at the factory gates, but will not raise their feet together. Such is the inertia of men left with little to play with but the anger in their heads.
Ever get the feeling you've been cheated ? Well I am afraid, that is how you will all feel, and totally in the dark and so devoid of the detective's insights if Biff continues his spoiling techniques to block my posts, I will simply put down my pen - a threat mes amis and you will have to judge the likelihood yourselves. As we know there were 50 pre- production models produced for the exhaustive CE testing prior to volume roll out. What an anonymous whistle blower tells us is that possibly one of these models stood in, for the the finished product on November 14. We have no proof and so we will correctly side with the BOD until that is proven. What we do know is that after the first launch there was a definite plan to cut costs and change the tech to bring further economies to the 3.7k outright cost boiler. There was also a plan to bring out two models one for abroad and one for the Uk market - was this foreign model the down powered 12v version they ended up with ? This looks quite ambitious to plan for two models. I also struggle with the social housing relationship they were envisaging, and see a flaw : that tenants would have been tied into Flow Energy for five years for a boiler they could never own. EA technology put the voltmeter V - phase through the ringer with its testing and suggested some 5% or above saving, and this to me was its failing - too little and too indefinite. Was this hereditary failing passed down to the Genlec and later the Flow. 500-600w eked out fairly readily but higher and there were issues. Some anonymous voices say the boiler was totally unfit for purpose and I shall be weighing up the various evidences to ascertain a view. Without hard facts and evidence, a view is all we are likely to get, after juggling the pieces we know with those we do not. Hercule Poirot often looks outside the givens to find clues and with limited information I will copy his fine analytical, code-breaking Belgium mind. Poirot...." Whether this monsieur Stiff - he had the genius of the character actor is the little thing that is the small vex to me Hastings........" Hastings...." His first performances were hardly convincing but do you remember how he brought the Brando out in the Wild Duck at the Theatre Royal.........." Poirot...."Some brando sauce I would say indeed Hastings, and how he cooked - how do we say the goose ? on that unfortunate stage.......". Hastings..." is that it - have we our man Poirot "....... Poirot...."Non - use the little grey cells mon ami - Mr Stiff is but the stool pigeon here, we must look to another man in this drama so strange, a man that did not walk the boards so eloquently, but was running away, a long way away from the theatre on this night, and into the night and into the dark shadows, with all his little secrets. " We must travel immediately to Liverpool " Hastings..." Steady on Poirot this is going far to fast for m
There is always a solution Biff - look for it - Insanity was tried by Shipman doesn't always work but it can do, so on that note. Well (possibly talking to myself) it all gone a bit pear shaped now and Billy Graham dressed in finest Saville Row weasel wasn't gonna change the world order - now was it ?, but what if a flash of vermin back then could have made that ounce of difference to substitute ' that's how the money goes' with ' that's how the money grows ! Is there not that slightest feeling of doubt of us all being cheated of the chance of our inheritance ? Memories for grand kids. Late nights in the small tilley lamp lighted room overlooking, the majesty of the river Orwell Gone was the new google and replaced by the new IKEA of ideas; the change of name (shhh), Multilevel marketing -the open day for shareholders and their involvement - The Bond funding issue - Enrolling Jamie's help with the new business e-bank. our temporary banking licence issued. Flow Foundation kicked into touch - employees working around the clock. Harry staying late to make tea. The countrywide search party we sent out for Dr.Hutchings and who would have thought darkest Africa ? - HAPPY DAYS..... and now.... well not too many options. I could still get that famous face plastered over the West End, and a few good pitches and just like before, well - packed with pinstripes, yes high to the rafters... every phantom night. One of the BOD knew back then I was prepared to up my stake in Flowgroup - and a sizable amount 100-150k. I wanted the company to change the world, but for the extra readies I needed street knowledge - and that is something I never ever got, or really ever expected to - I was always the mouse running blind down a dark alley leading to question mark close . Back to May 3rd it was a Tuesday and I strode down Felawe Street with a new purpose, and excited - I had a strange meeting planned. Asking two directors to strip down to their underpants and join me, the weasel, in the basement was not easy. To ask them to sit in semi darkness at a simple undressed wooden table with a bare light bulb swinging above, casting strange revealing light and shadows, was also quite a tall order. My style of leadership is unconventional, and that, past shareholders, was what was needed. I needed to know the bare facts. Difficult during the course of it, also to ask the two of them to forsake the luxury of their salaries, and just make do for a year. That was a bitter sweet pill to bite on let alone swallow. I am not daft and had a plan B, in fact 80 large tucked my back pocket, just in case they pinned me to the wall or Beasely having not left the building, had jumped on me, out of a cupboard Time 7.30 am the next day.... TANNOY " Will all staff congregate sharpish for a meeting on the fifth floor, the weasel representing the new order here, wants a word or two " after five minutes and at assembly..... (crackle crackle) " Ahem, Meine Damen and Herren, fellow comrades, I have brought you all in early today, and you know well who I am, and know well from rumour of what I am going to say to you today.....(Pointing a stick) You are, like many workers, fearful of change..and my battledress may add to your apprehension, but change is desperately needed fellow workers, and a new culture MUST be embraced, and my stark, simple message to all of you is this... "Salaries and the never ending flow biscuit tins, and all benefits, long toilet breaks, holiday leave, and other luxuries, are immediately suspended. (loud boot click accompanied by groans). I will look into hardship, and consider individual cases. This is an important part of my three year plan, (I gaze upward) a measure of individual sacrifice to defeat the enemy; the big six oligarchs, the mid tier schemers, the little cunning cheapskates, all sniping at our heels - to bring ultimate victory to you, my band of brothers and sisters, our deserving generation, our England and the Flowland....(military band starts up) (SHOUTING) When diplomacy ends war begins - collect your sleeping bags and get back to your desks and start work . This is WAR "
Tracy is also scratching her head and buried in morning coffee doubt Biff - a change of tactics - a clever volte face - whiffy weasel walking the plank ? HA HA HA - I hope they are watching us they'll see.
I have got Hutchings in pause mode - and will get back to him later - he holds the ultimate secret. Where were we ?- ah yes THE BLETCHLEY PLAN.....inaugurated on the 3rd of May 2016 by the infiltrator - the new Bond - a little older, a little wiser but with all the cunning and guile of a weasel. Turing was an absolute genius, a superior mind of the highest order - he worked into the night, he just would not give up - I salute you Alan - neither would I have,
Biff - that head line cash was in the group account and Stiff was on 208k six months before the american grab s get your facts right. Could I run a company that size ? - no experience really, noe at all. Would I have tried ? I would have moved heaven and earth to get the wheels moving forward again, if it was at all possible at that late stage. The writing was possibly on the wall. My plan was simple. I only wanted to work with Tony and Nigel - that bus to Beachy Head might have come in handy for the others. Damn - let's make a cup of tea and commiserate the loss of all that potential talent, some hopefully swimming to safety some sadly sitting on the bottom where we are now, gulping for air, but still thinking. If I don't post I have been nobbled - but little chance of that - I am FAIR AND TRUE - not an ounce of Roger the bodger in me - I am Sean through and through - shaken not smooth.
Biff looking at your supposed speculative figures - erm 5 mCHP sold out of 250. Ok is that feasible - possible yes, feasible no. The 2016 Annual report states... * First sales of Flow microCHP (electricity-generating boiler) delivered in April 2016 this seems to suggest sales but were these sales suddenly cancelled and then replaced with Eco RF boilers when the change of plan came about ? I would not want 5 rogue mCHP boilers out there in customers homes - would you ? It would be much safer to sell them to trusted staff to contain any issues or complaints or replace them. That is my take on it. No sales in the 2015 accounts for Flow products but in 2016 I do remember there was 300k plus. This would be the 300 plus Eco RF's that were sold from Sept 16 presumably. Well 300 odd sold (which I guessed correctly beforehand) Some obviously on a finance option There was headline cash amounting to around 6 million in Dec 2016 which had fallen about 12 million from 18m last year. Flow Energy was about 12 million owing. Everything was getting a bit tight and I would imagine it was slight panic stations among the three main directors. I was not there Biff. I offered to join the BOD in May 2016 obliquely, not directly, but nobody rang me. They did not want Weasel muscling in and bringing the new Bletchley remodeling plan to the table. They put no value on the three insights of mine that were spot on. They did not really know me and I would have been an unknown quantity and I was possibly seen as a romanticist with a lot of energy. I was prepared to move to Ipswich which none of them new. Despite my plan to introduce third reich discipline, I was simply not seen as a good fella, and they could not have coped with a deep superior mind bearing down on them throwing various babies out of the bathwater. I was there to review and totally transform. I could understand their attitude, but I would have been that fussed about salary - mine that is, and I would have asked them to cut theirs until we had reached profit. Money doesn't bring happiness Biff, on the other hand when you have lost it all, it is not a time you exactly feel like jumping over the moon. You state that Hutchings liked Barker - how do you know ? I want to know the time this meeting took place with him Barker and Stiff and if it was before or after April 2016 ? The three months before April 2016 is what I call the crucial period.
Biff very siimple Maajyd called tm1978 our bitter "Joan of Nark"----t t t tracy and it stuck. She is a big part of the jigsaw at flowgroup Biff and she will never come out into the open - she just can't - Kramer14 and myself tried to ease her out of her scallop but she's just like the old woman in Psycho up in the window.... " I'm sitting back LOL at you all quietly rocking in my chair, and I've got two plumpy labradors -a penchant for open top mercs, and my husband likes fast red cars. I keep telling him to take that picture of the racing car down !- When we are alone and my laptops are all shut, he will sometimes whisper Norman to me but normally when he is not quite feeling himself....HA HA HA I hope they are watching us - they'll see !
thebleb threw a hissy rather. Hutchings maybe laughing alright but not at me - there is a bit more to come on him. You have to have an open mind Biff to find the Holy Grail - or its modern version the secret scroll. Carrot cake and tea right now and do not own a single share and just watched today and wondered. A lot of people got sucked in - but who really knows ?
the bleb was one of tracy's - reminded me of Wallasey - bit of a plodder but had some old school charm - sometimes three a hissy. I think Graham is in sales !
Alan gave up his position there a couple of year back Biff, and the current chairman is the moneysupermarket guy if I am not mistaken. They all made a two billion loss last year - unincorporated and no veil see. You might get in Biff if you left your mouth at the door - you need 400k capital and 200k to buy into a syndicate and if you loose your syndicate money you need to top it up, so with the stress of keeping the Flow secret it might not be for yer. Zopilone can give you a similar buzz if you mix it, and is a hell of a lot cheaper 1
What's it like being part of the herd Biff ? and if someone had put a full stop in my name I would have complained. That's what happened to thebleb. When he got removed - he returned metamorphosing into the.bleb still one of the tracy gang - but not the same man at all ! The fact that you are locked in the block chain, means I show a lot of tolerance for your condition, and yes with your conscience, I understand why you are up half the the night - keeping that terrrible secret for so long - I suppose you felt you would have lost your job, but a free chat to your lawyer would have been much better than zopiclone or getting rat *rsed when the milkman knocks, and you realise the time. You are a very small piece of the jigsaw - I am looking at the bigger pieces and trying to fit them into this failure. 70 million shares (14k) sold today in 10 minutes around the time of the 1'o clock news - these market makers eh magian ? incorrigible rogues with a marked deck full of knaves. Now Biff, If only Tony had been a name at Lloyds he'd have been made, he would almost have have been a good fella, and what's more, he'd have met Alan the current chairman at Lloyd's already, and made that first energy filled meeting in Ipswich, so much easier without all the coughing. Alan has graced the soft studded leather Lloyds chairs for nigh on 35 year - you could say he's almost part of the furniture.
Of course that was only half the story and Adrian only had to leg it half an hour along Capenhurst lane to get to the factory to meet all of the employees who all had a secret apparently.
Thebleb an underground Mersey rag reports..... Mr Adrian Hutchings packed his V shaped economy bags and exchanged contracts on his house in the South Wirral - a short fourteen mile drive from Wallasey - just 14 days before Flow initiated volume production on the game changer that was going to change his world.
You told me to stop digging - but I went out the back
21st June 2013 VPhase said despite extensive attempts to secure further funding, it has received insufficient demand to raise equity capital and is facing the prospect of wind up. Of the latter, it said: "Shareholders should be aware that this may result in little or no value being attributable to the shares of the Company. A further announcement will be made in due course." The board was continuing to pursue options to preserve the value of the company, including raising funds by way of debt or equity and the sale of the business or its assets. However, VPhase said there could be no certainty at this stage that any of these options would materialise and, if they do not, it only has sufficient funds to operate for a few weeks at most. "The Board therefore continues to assess its ability to continue trading and in the absence of further funding it will take steps to wind up the Company " ....6.5 million ... ouch !!! Wasn't one failure enough tm ?
