The anticipation over the weekend was enjoyed by many. It was a bit like holding a lottery ticket before the draw, dreaming of what you were going to spend all the money on!! Some were dreaming of buying a new Mercedes drop head and cruising the poorest parts of their area to display their new found wealth. Some were just simple souls, thinking about a slap up meal of haggis and chips! Some were dreaming of buying cases and cases of alcohol! Others were dreaming of holidays on sun drenched islands. And some were planning on just buying more drugs!!!!! But it was nice while it lasted.

Jimdson - I will keep my eyes peeled. So far it's just beeen well wishers. I don't think anybody really thought hand on heart it was going to be really big. Anything significant and price sensitive would have to be released via the correct channels.

Jimdson - They can't issue a rns via a tweet. But the rns will come in all good time, it's just a case of patience. I'm excited to know what the launch is that tweet on Friday is eluding to. Good luck.

My very post on here was met with a reply yourself. Would you like to go back and have a look posted? I think you may be a little bit ashamed when you read it. Everybody else on here gave me a very walm welcome.

Jimdson - Thank you, that means a lot to me, and is very kind of you. I'm definitely going to invest in Metro at the best price I can get. The board doesn't just have to be about Metro. We are allowed to have a bit of friendly banter and a bit of a laugh! I would like to apologise to all posters on this BB for the disruption. For some reason unbeknown to me bigsmoke has been stalking me from the moment I arrived! I'm not the first poster he has quarrelled with! As many of you long term holders would have witnessed him falling out with virtually everyone at some stage! But it's not acceptable as it's spoils the harmony of the board. My post politely asking bigsmoke to desist from stalking me has been removed. So I wanted to offer my sincere apologies to other posters on here for having to endure this nonsense. We all have one thing in common and that is our interest in Metro Bank. Theosus - I also think a lot of day traders jumped on board this morning on the dip. It's a nice swing trade for them 194.70p - 204p. It's a good range. There's good money to be made there.

NOVE - When you say it has to hold the 198p. If it closes below 198p as that a clear indicator it's going to go lower?

Theosus - Good morning. I have heard of the naked trader. Thank you for putting the link up. I will have a read of it. I'm going to visit another Metro branch today in Bromley. Theosus - Thank you for your insight it's much appreciated. I intend to put a £100k into Metro. I know I don't have to justify my trades, but I'm quite happy and open to name my trade before I place it. Initially I'm going to buy £40k worth of shares. All to often in the past I've jumped in feet first, this time I'm going to give it plenty of thought before I invest. I've set my target at 180p entry and I'm going to stick to it. I did post before that my stop loss would be 140p, so it's quite ironic that yours is the same. Good luck to you, and let's hope we make a small fortune in Metro. Atb. Popeye.

NOVECKINGOOD - Like you I've also been trolled and abused from my very post on this board. But it doesn't worry me in the slightest, water of a ducks back! Because I'm here to make money. With regards to the bubble bursting soon? They are my sentiments entirely. The markets cannot continue rising as they are, at some point there must be a correction. I read every post on here, and I read between the lines on some of the posts, but there are some real golden nuggets to be gleaned. You've summed it up in this post regarding the 175-180p SP will appear at some stage. I'm also convinced that this will happen. By reading somebody else's view is a good reinforcement of ones own views. I intend to sling a chunk of money into Metro and I want to get it right. Atb. Popeye.

It's definitely a hard one to call? They do seem intent on taking it lower though. With the very thin volume, currently they have the upper hand. I visited another branch of Metro today in Orpington, again it was very busy.
