In the rns on the 10th Feb it was announced that the directors were excluded from board meetings pending the decision regarding their future as directors. Today's news of their resignation is not a shock. There is very excited peeps on this board praying for the SP to go lower.

SW - I've got a bit of a theory with NMC. The dodgy director and his cronies that put their shares up as security have been sold by the banks. Those shares were used by funds to close shorts. This has only come to light because the SP got so dior that predators started sniffing around. It's the interested parties in NMC that have triggered the directors holdings issue. One thing to be taken from NMC though? Look how quickly the predators started circling? And how quickly the rns was released? I don't buy all this cloak and dagger rubbish with Metro. Unfortunately the bears are still in control of Metro.

Theo - Thank you for flagging up NMC. I dumped £60k of Metro this morning to buy into NMC at 730-740p. I sold £20k @ 846p and £20k @ 865p. I've still got £20k in there. I'm still holding some Metro but I'm getting very disallusioned with it!!! When a billionaire convicted insider trader is selling down his holding??? You have to ask why??? Still thank you for the heads up on NMC. I couldn't buy into the penny share EUA, but well done to those that did. Atb. Popeye.
