MrRsoul - It's resolutions 4, 5 and 6 that need to be voted against in my opinion. Resolutions 4 & 5 relate to issue of equity and 6 is a change to the articles of association and increase directors fees four times from £50,000 to £200,000. Atb Popeye.

Pebsi - On H&L log into the website, not the app and go to My Accounts & Dealing. Directly beneath secure messages you will see shareholders meetings. Tap onto that and it will enable you to vote. It's the last 3 that are concerning. Good luck. Atb Popeye.

I would urge all shareholders to vote against the last 3 reollutions at the up and coming AGM. They are not in the interest of shareholders. The proposal to increase directors fees, currently capped at £50k to a an absurd four fold £200k is not only greedy but also immoral. The time to reward directors is after they've delivered a deal, not before. It's up to individual shareholders to cast their vote as they see fit. Atb Popeye.

Interestingly, in the presentation, Tim referred to the WRAP retail offer on a couple of occasions, mentioning that the company would also have additional capital from the WRAP offer. I'm sure Winterflood would have been updating ImmuPharma, as to the uptake. Bear in mind that the Hargreaves Lansdowne online dealing services were down from Thursday evening until 1pm Friday and the company didn't extend the offer period.
