Comek2 - What is wrong with you???. This is a chat BB. People are entitled to their opinions. But all you seem to do is attack posters for having an opposing opinion to yours??? What the company has done is underhanded, by carrying out a raise and then issuing a rns the following day with extremely unimpressive revenue forecasts. Those revenue forecasts could have been part of the rns fundraise. Please put your argument forward why you think otherwise.

The main positive with ImmuPharma is the fact that it won't be coming to shareholders for a fundraise. Apart from the warrants, which shareholders have been aware of for the past 5-7 years, there's no further dilution. Look at the other AIM companies and the constant dilution and always at a lower price than the previous. That coupled with the fact that we have a product that has very little competition and without the nasty side effects is a massive positive. Plus there are multiple companies expressing considerable interest. Not long now!!! Good luck all. Atb Popeye.

I'm not in the least bit suprised that this is falling this morning. To carry out a fundraising via a bookbuilding process and then the following day issue the unimpressive revenue forecasts is underhanded. The £8.4M forecast for 2026 is not good considering the company is losing £33M a year. Many more raises will be required before the company is profitable and with it further dilution.

UserSteve - It does appear that way.I just find it very strange that they would release these revenue forecasts the day after the fundraise. When you approach a bank for funding, you have to submit your forecasts with your application. You don't receive the funds from the bank and then submit your forecasts!!! I have to say they're not very impressive either.

Why weren't these revised revenue forecasts incorporated with the fundraise? Why wait to release them the day proceeding the fundraise?

10gordon10 - It's already there. You can now buy at 9.5p. That's a 0% discount to the WRAP price!!! Now it will go sub 9.5p!!!

K3VMC - Are you really serious??? "Anyone hoping to buy sub 9.5p are redefining the word optimist". Peeps are already buying at 9.7p right now!!! So there will be an opportunity to buy at sub 9.5p very soon. I think it's you that's redefining the word optimist. You need to be realistic.

David1951c - Personally I think they've pitched the placing spot on, and at the right discount. With regards to the WRAP, I agree it will be oversubscribed, because of the small amount of shares available. But I wouldn't worry too much, because you will be able to buy shares on the open market very close to the 9.5p in the coming days or perhaps a tad under 9.5p. Good luck.

Some of these late trades that are reported are fairly hefty. There's 670,000 @ 13.20p from yesterday at 09:17:50 for £88,440. That's 100% a buy. At the time the ask was 13.20p and the bid was 12.05p. That's a fair chunk of money to put in on a punt???

Irrespective of where the BID is pitched 12.65, 12.5, 12.45, 12.4 and now 12.3p. You can still sell at 13.82p in 50k lots!!! It was the same price to sell when the BID was at 12.8p.

They've started to nibble the 14p on the ASK!!!

There's an absolute stack on the BID (Buy side of the book). The BID will move up to 13p shortly. I can see 13.4p and 14p being taken out fairly swiftly. GLA. Atb Popeye.

ImmuPharma already up to number 3 in the share risers today. What an opportunity yesterday. I think it will be tomorrow when we see the real action. I would be happy for us to close at 13p today in readiness for lift off tomorrow. GLA. Atb Popeye.
