Itshenderz - What they've done is absolutely diabolical and disgusting. I have never known a raise to be carried out at a 92.5% discount to the closing price. The BOD are attempting to sell the company from under the feet of existing shareholders. This is more akin to a debt for equity swap than a fundraising. Am I right in thinking that post consolidation of the warrants being issued, the consolidation is 100:1? So for every 1,000 ordinary shares that you hold currently, they will be converted to 10 new shares?

£0.0012 is the exact number that alligns shareholders with the new strategic investors. It's currently trading at over 10 times the diluted warrant price. But the question is for how long? Perhaps they're uncertain if the vote will be approved???

No. You're wrong....0.12p is in alignment with new strategic investors. Effectively, the BOD have given away 83% of the company to the new investors with existing investors retaining 17%. The BOD conveniently failed to mention that the pre-paid warrants will be issued at a 92.5% discount to the closing price of 1.6p!!! It's just theft!!! Plain and simple.

Itshenderz - I would focus more on Ewan Collinge commet at the end "Together with the team at DeFi Development Corp, we are confident in our abilities to seize these opportunities and establish a unique position in the market". We're a minnow at the moment compared to DeFi Development Corp, who have a Nasdaq listing and a mkt cap of $365M. Their SP and mkt cap has been an awful lot higher. It's quite an endorsement for Cykel for this company to invest. It also looks like they will be putting one of their people on our BOD. They can open a lot of doors for us in the USA. Perhaps Cykel will be looking at a Nasdaq listing in the future??? Good luck. Atb Popeye.

Itshenderz - I'm holding many millions of shares and I have several million at under 1.45p. The key to making some serious money is to hold one's nerve at the moment. I'm tempted to lob 2M shares at 1.8p plus for a decent profit, but having been at this game for a long time, my gut feeling is to wait for the rns. On a decent rns this will more than double and there'll be decent liquidity to sell large chunks into. Good luck. Atb Popeye.

totally agree. i've also said that genedrive is a lost cause. it's been run into the ground. it will definitely go below 1p now. it's such a shame that a company, that showed so much promise, has been so badly mismanaged. i wonder if russ shaw is so ****y now with his statement that the sp is well above the 1.5p placing price???

I was calling 5p a while back. It's not finished yet. Next stop is 3p. Mind you It's been an excellent share to trade. I've made an absolute packet off this one. It's great that you can trade it both ways. A bit like backing a horse to come second.

Wow!!! New all time record lows being set today. This could now go under a penny. What a shame. The company has been run into the ground by the management, who incidentally award themselves bonuses!! Absolutely disgusting what they've done to shareholders.

I think the SP will continue falling today and for the rest of the week, 0.5p now looks like an almost certainty .I'm sure the rampers will try to persuade us otherwise, but people have to be realistic. I must say though, there's some excellent posts on this BB that really add a sense of balance and realism.

London - Exactly my point. There was a really nice poster called Wallace, who asked, what I thought was a really good question the other day. He was pounced on immediately by Punter1234 who insulted, abused and ridiculed him. He openly stated that he was tempted to buy in at 0.84p. I hope he didn't. There seems to be an awful lot of new posters appearing and then getting banned, virtually immediately, because their posts are being reported. Just a quick question? If a new poster appears and states things like this will be 5p by the end of the year! Should we still report them for talking nonsense? Just a thought?
