I'm hoping GDR will announce that they have secured an RCF to tide them over until the revenue stream starts to come. If this is the case, then the SP will more than double on Monday as they will be financially secure beyond the next six months and that's all GDR need. Beyond six months I believe they will be self sufficient, so I don't see it as too secure an RCF. Friday was a very good indicator to what is coming Monday with the 30% rise. Despite what some have posted, that wasn't mug punters piling in, it was savvy, shrewd investors that have a good inclination as to what is coming. Looking forward to Monday. In the meantime I'm enjoying an evening out in Estepona. It's been quite warm here today, although a little breezy. I hope everybody is enjoying their weekend. Atb Popeye.
I temporarily filtered some posters, but I have also unfiltered all of them. I'm really enjoying the banter today!!! Not quite as much as I am seeing 11p on the bid!!! Looking forward to seeing the lights being switched on in Gibraltar tonight and the celebration party after. Atb Popeye.
baserite - How are you? How are our friends in the Sad Cafe, wearing their matching green sweaters? Have you lobbed your latte over them yet??? Are you looking forward to Monday baserite? I know I am. Have a great weekend my friend. Good luck. Atb Popeye.
Paul - You keep telling yourself that Monday will be a fantastic day to buy!!! Funny enough nobody told the savvy investor who bought 293,000 shares @ 10.5p today that Monday was going to be a fantastic day to buy!!! MM's are being extremely generous this afternoon, they're quite happy ro pay a 5.3% premium over the bid for stock. Can currently sell 100,000 shares online for 10.53p.
I just wondered if any of the naysayers on here fancied a close of 11p today, prior to the results being released on Monday??? Or are we still waiting for 6p on Monday??? It should warm up a bit this afternoon. Good luck all. Atb Popeye.
DSFLAT - Good luck with your £6k top up today. Your buy today and my buys yesterday totally go against the general consensus on this BB. We've either got more money than sense or we're savvy investors. I would like to think that it's the latter. Bearing in mind the SP is going to crash to 6p on Monday!!! The one question that is nagging away??? Is why are the MM's offering 9.6375p for an online sell of 250,000 shares, when the EMS is 3,000!!! It appears to be extremely generous of them, or perhaps they're completely stupid as well, and nobody has told them yet, that it's going to crash to 6p on Monday. I stand by my prediction, that GDR will close at 11p tomorrow, and like yourself I also think that the SP will move higher on Monday. Some people forget that there's two sides to a coin and if the SP can fall by 40% it can also rise by 40%. Good luck. I've got a funny feeling that your buy today and recent buys are going to stand you in very good stead. Atb Popeye.
roger65 - You posts are always eloquent and articulate. You always come across as an educated individual and rightly so, as a a retired ex- school teacher. But this is the part that I find intriguing. Why would someone, who is so sure that the SP is going to tank to 6p, still be holding???. It absolutely beggars belief and it's absolute madness. If you are so sure the SP is going to slump a further 40% why not sell now and then buy that stock back at 40% less than what you sold it for??? It really is a conundrum!!! I believe that you've already exited and taken a huge hit, but intuitively know that GDR has legs and will rise substantially, hence your 30p price predictions going forward. Wouldn't it be lovely to mop up 600,000 shares at 6p and then sell them for 30p??? You could recoup all your losses??? It's only my perception, reading between the lines, but I don't think I'm far from the truth. For what it's worth, my prediction is, GDR will close at 11p tomorrow. Good luck with your 6p entry, but personally I don't think it's going to happen. Atb Popeye.
Stephen11 - I'm just a tad under 1 million shares with those two buys, but getting very close now. My average is under 12p, so like ExpertTrader, I'm more than happy with my average and extremely confident. If the MM'S want to drop the price anymore I'm more than happy to add. Good luck to your Stephen, you're one of a handful of decent posters on here. Atb Popeye.
Hi poorinvester. I hope you're keeping well. You've played an absolute blinder with this one. Well done. I've been in and out and made small money. I bought back in on Friday, not fortunes, but £50k worth of stock. Let's see what Monday brings. I'm currently sitting in a bar in Estepona half cut!!! Good luck to you. Atb Popeye.
Guys I've had a little dabble with Cineworld and made a few quid, not fortunes, but a couple of grand. I managed to sell some at 6.62p and lobbed the rest at 6.30p. I'm more than happy with my profit, which will all been blown over Christmas!!! But for now, as they say in Dragons Den, I'm out!!! I wish everyone the best of luck and I hope the SP keeps climbing for you all. I will cheer from the sidelines for now. Good luck. Atb Popeye.
roger65 - Have you sold out completely now Roger? Are you now waiting for the 8-10p as per your predictions before coming back in? I don't blame you for selling, it's obviously taken it's toll on you and is wearing you down. Atb Popeye.
I bought in quite heavily on Tuesday when the licensing agreement was announced. From my initial buy the price kept falling, much to my surprise!!! On Wednesday the price continued to fall so I doubled down thinking surely it couldn't fall any further??? From being quite significantly underwater when the bid touched 14p I'm now pleased to say that I'm back at breakeven. It will be interesting to see if the larger buy trades appear today going into the close. Good luck all. Atb Popeye.
