The post from Yuri.F yesterday at 18.21pm is a good old fashioned honest, straight to the point analysis of exactly where Metro is at the moment. The poignant part I pick up on is "personal bias/sentiment". It's interesting to note that his very factual/honest post has only received one recommendation!!! Yet when someone posts about re-entering the FTSE250 and 600p SP coming, then it receives four recommendations!!! Just an honest observation. We all want the SP to rise, but I think we owe to ourselves to honest and realistic, and look at the whole picture! I do think it's wrong to chastise, belittle or degrade Jesse because of her opposing views to the masses on here. She is entitled to her view and opinion, as everyone else is. I'm a shareholder, and I also have concerns about Metro! Ask yourself this? If there is a predator/predators out there waiting to swoop on Metro, and snap it up? The SP wouldn't be 221p! It would be more likely be 300-400p. We're not out of the woods yet, and this could still go either way.

I interpret that reply. As the branch will not be opening indefinitely. Why the sudden halt? What is happening? I don't know if to see it as good news, or bad news?

Normally by this time of the morning Metro is down by 6-8p??? What's with the change??? Is this the start of the rise north??? It would be nice to think so. Good luck all.

JT - Norton also has a healthy order book. A massive 5 year deal was recently sealed with Japan. That order book makes it very attractive to possible suitors.

JT - Last audited accounts. The government has already handed Norton a pile of cash in the form of grants. Metro registered a fixed and floating charge over the assets and properties of Norton Motorcycles last year. It is an iconic brand, and I also believe it will be saved.

Theo good morning. They may not have to write off the entire £4m. There's assets that can be realised. The HMRC may not be due anything? Due to tax relief on the R&D. The administrators will ofcourse fill their boots.

Metro Bank exposure to Norton Motorcycles is circa £4m.
