I had to laugh at the article by proactive investors yesterday morning when they prematurely stated that the shorters must be pleased because AA was down a tad on the day of trading update!! Lol. Definitely James IMHO. AQR Capital had the sense to reduce their short significantly from the lows in the 60's whilst Blackrock have been adding significantly to their position from the 70's. Personally I think Blackrock will come unstuck. They were purely gambling on the results being bad but the contrary they are at the upper end of the forecast. Ojay thank you for your reply. I didn't have a clue even how to buy shares. This bloke is a stockbroker. I told him I had just got a cash lump sum and asked what did he recommend? Monkeymoo - I'm just trying to put a view forward. I'm certainly not trying to get the price lower. It's already gone from 13.5p to 11p without any help from me. Despite what management have said it's always a possibility. You have to be realistic. If this was such a nailed on cert why would there be so many millions of shares sold at below 13p and 12p, often well below the bid. Personally I thought the SP would have been a lot higher by now, but something is definitely holding it back. Good luck. Atb.

There's always the possibility of them doing another raise prior to spud? It wouldn't suprise me. It's retail money that's been supporting this. Something has been holding thi back and I think it's another raise in the offing. Imho DYOR.
