Very late change on HL back to 13.5. Well we live to dream….

Even HL have moved the price up to 14 on my account and they are usually very conservative on the spread!

Further to my 1612 message it doesn’t look as if the shorters have bought back in by close of business. They therefore think that regardless of what is announced tonight there is further scope to move this share downwards. Very disappointing that with all the upward pressure we would assume from tonight’s exploration report they feel there is more downside of SP to exploit.

Unless we see very large buys in the next twenty minutes we have to assume that they have not left the building. In that case we can expect more downward pressure tomorrow regardless of what tonight’s presentation offers.

When we are struggling to move the share price beyond 15p, talk of 67p is wishful thinking unless you are looking years out. After the last dreadful year for this share an offer of that magnitude would be snapped up by me in a heartbeat.

The drop in share price was partly down to Madam Lagarde stating that interest rates were unlikely to rise in 2022. Although she was alluding mostly to European banks, British banks will not be far out of step with their counterparts across the Channel.

I think they just released the RNS just to reassure us they are still alive. Big salaries being taken for a company now worth very little. Very disappointed!

I would love to be in agreement with you however, unfortunately parties buying in today at a little over £2 will be selling at all points on an upward SP. Particularly with this share having a track record of volatility. I have 6000 reasons to hope you are correct....

Maybe a change of occupation to becoming HGV drivers. Unfortunately they would all be prosecuted for being asleep at the wheel. From a disgruntled shareholder!

Most of the revenue that VOD team is in USD and with no rise in UK interest rates the pound has dropped substantially meaning the revenue from the US is worth much more to a UK based company.

This is just traders taking the opening price up high then baling out. Now below the overnight price they will start buying in again and have the same shares previously held plus money in the bank.

Although a number of people on the LSE bb were expecting a continuation in uplift of the the share price beyond yesterday’s close, a good many holders who managed to get in around 16 last week will just take the money and eliminate the risk of downside tomorrow. Me, I will continue to hold.

I know most of us had no intention of selling out in the short term and that it is all paper profit or for some less loss. But I have to tell you that today’s action has given me a pleasant warm feeling in my stomach. Let us hope that this good news continues to make all GGP investors meet their dreams!

Presumably a number of people holding shares on the Euronext exchange have offloaded today.

Just looked at my account and noticed that the Avacta share price has increased. Should I be worried about this once in a long time change. LOL

Judging by the share price coming back to the opening levels, there is not strong confidence that we will get anything other than further waffle and delay on most items that should be driving us forward.
