Started out with TW. at 30p and out about £1.50. Then into GGP at 0.66p and have bought more in the early days at under 3p. Sadly I was too greedy and didn’t bale out at the highs. Hopefully I have been given a second chance! Good luck to all holders

Notice today that Robinhood are looking at allowing their US customers to buy UK stocks. Maybe we can get Roaring Kitty to give us a push in the right direction. GameStop type increases would be very welcome

If anybody is local to Camberley could they just pop round to see if anybody is there. Strong rumour that the company has ceased operation post covid. Just a tap on the window might elicit a response to give us hope. LOL

Euronext show opening at 0.70 vs close 0.814.

Presume the spread being kept deliberately wide to pick up the Private investors using up the final opportunity to use this years ISA allowance. This will continue into next week when the new allowance comes into effect. The spread gives them 8% profit for no effort whatsoever.

Looking at todays muted share price I assume that a large position is building to be passed at close of business to GDXJ at a premium. This always happens on a Friday and we know that investors are putting money to work in gold ETFs. They in turn have no option but to buy in proportion to their weighting by stocks within their portfolio.

My feeling is that it will stagnate around the present level over the next few months. This assumes MRE uplift is in line with average expectations.

Following the last four years of RNS announcements and the sp downturn that has occurred almost without exception, I am now truly concerned, rather than optimistic about what will be forthcoming in the next few weeks.

We are now aware of two executives who although increasing their holding have sold large quantities to alleviate their tax liabilities.

How many more insiders are there who have options below todays sp who will take similar action. This is causing downward pressure on the sp. Need to clear all of these before any meaningful increase in sp will happen.

Mentioning our name as one of his trades has about the same effect as it did for Barings.

LoggyLotbot, thanks for responding, I take your point that we have moved off the lows and maybe I should take that as a more positive view of our position. Today was just offloading my frustrations!

Am I alone in feeling extremely despondent about where the SP stands after the past two years and the now uncertain future.

For two years no matter how positive the updates on resource growth, potential new finds, management changes, and pep talks from the board this share has only found one direction and that is down. At this point I will continue to hold but my faith in this reaching new heights is fading by the day. A pity as I am usually a positive individual, but this continuous erosion does not appear to be waning.

Ever since the Newmont offer to Newcrest we seem to have delusions of our ability to move on 70% of Haverion and Telfer. My concern is that we are having difficulty in holding on to an 8p share price without trying to make such a bold acquisition. Frankly the past two years for shareholders has been nothing other than a unmitigated disaster. I know this view will be very unpopular on this board but a dose of reality is sometimes needed.

There is no chance that SD will be offered the top post at NCM. The company has just gone through a long period of underperformance. What chairman is going to appoint a PERSON WHO HAS OVERSEEN A 75% DROP IN SHARE PRICE DURING HIS TENURE IN HIS PRESENT COMPANY.

At the present valuation of the company with a share price in the 60’s we would be better to shut up shop and just distribute the cash on hand amongst the shareholders. On present valuation the staff and all the patents are valued at less than zero. What a disaster this has company has become!!

I have a portfolio of 21 shares that I monitor on an ongoing basis. Unfortunately on every time frame measure in the past two years GGP is the worst performer by some margin. A rising gold price, enthusiastic CEO interviews and mining progression statements have just left this share in a continuing downward spiral. The value of the company is little more than the cash in the bank. A very frustrated shareholder!
