Like some of the other posters you think like a trader and when talking about take outs at £3-5 you miss crucial points. The large shareholders (publicly available) have been in this a long time and their likely averages suggest a £5 take out would not be acceptable, barely 50-70%. Investors like this are not small time traders looking for a quick buck, they are seeking serious multiples of 3-5x + on their money. Particularly after so much time and and knowing a company like this (e.g. Wondery) can sell in the right market for $300M. It's a waiting game for the patient investor, not a frustrated trader.

£10+ is a more likely sale price as the numbers continue to deliver into 2025.

Zaky with his 7,795 aliases is likely trading AB so he will post whatever suits his direction of travel on his trades. This might be seen as clever if he hadnt revealed this by responding as his alias Alder while sipping wine at his dinner in Dubai or boasting about his £3.5k profit on trade last time it went over £3. Given he has gone from posting it's going under £2 to it's going to £3.50 dont be surprised if he's got his position and looking to sell out over £3 again. Hes now talking about Candy taking this out on the cheap, yet not so long ago he was posting suggesting Candy being in financial difficulty. Most here know to be wary of his posts.

Yet again Zaky is back with more contradicting posts he clearly swings both ways when it suits him. The sarcasm was intended comment still stands. You only gloat on the down trend. We can all see the price movement.

Looks like you have also given away your other alias ZackyLosingLess. That aside, the broker price is only one of the points which as always you conveniently pick to spin your narrative. Let's assume you are genuine for a moment, you are looking through a very blinkered view and you have missed the point yet again. The suggestion on the Losingless post was it would be taken out before £5. If you look at certain facts that I highlighted, that is unlikely. I did not comment specifically what price, premium, situation or when a £10+ acquisition would be possible. Perhaps you should check the details of what is required for a takeover of a listed company. You may find it interesting.

The idea that this will be taken out before £5 has no real weight. Not least given the broker target is £13 the reasons I highly doubt this sells for less than £10:

- It does not consider who the combined biggest shareholders are, how long they have been invested, their averages and what multiple they will be seeking. They are not 'traders' they are long term investors, in some cases founding investors seeking a significant multiple

- The growth and progress is strong and there are no distressed sellers.

- It ignores M&A comparisons in recent years, the share pice peaks and even near half of Wondery sale to Amazon would be £10

- It ignores the benefits that are coming that are expected to improve the profit line in 2025

I think Bearhunt is only trying to call out and counter the skullduggery to avoid this forum becoming flooded with fud from the various aliases and or group that are clearly out to bash AB.

Shortandweet said it. The zackaldersharky995 crew would have more cred if they were up front and werent 'not interested' or 'long at £3+', then spending a lot of time here bashing anything positive and giving gloating commentary on every 5p drop.

The price is what it is for now, but as Longt3 correctly highlights the price is not 'the most important information' as the goal is to invest or short a company before the price moves as you expect is it not? Therefore the price and movement in a timeframe is the result not the information. If the price always reflected the company there would be no such thing as sudden drops or gains. Common sense. Another clue in the Losingless post is the linking to the price calls. All these aliases focus on price predictions, direction and reminding the forum when the price drops.

The main reason the so called 'perma bulls' comment is to stop the spread of FUD around high quality positive updates. General view is fairly consistent:

AB management continue to provide positive updates on progress and growth for sometime

the price is low compared with other company and m&a in the sector

Chairman is showing confidence with his regular buys. Hard to dispute.

Expectation is the price will be higher at some point matching positive business progress and growth. When is the question

SP does not always reflect the company performance and that is often where the opportunities are. Perhaps the Chairman knows that. ;-).

Amusing to come back to the forum and see Zack still trying desperately to save his Alder alias and convince us he isnt a liar. We've seen him contradict himself far to many times. His bumble over the weekend revealed his Alder alias. Not surprised 404x is his other one.

Simple Zacky facts from the last year which tell us he's not to be trusted:

- he has admitted to making 3.5k in a trade, boasted about. Apart from a foolish reveal, doesnt seem that impressive for a Monaco dwelling trader who goes on regular safari's and Dubai trips.

- he tells us he's long but repeatedly bad mouths the management, major investors, the company and gives us a running, gloating commentary of every 2p change in the price. That alone tells all

Who said I'm not buying Zacky? I've noted some buys show as sells on a few occasions. Ive said about the chairman buys, averaging over time is a better strategy than trying to guess the short term price movement which is a fools game. Probably why you are so stressed and emotional leading to bumbles posting under your alter alias while wining and dining in Dubai.

I've posted numerous times that I'm positive about the companys continuous progress and see the chairman buys as a positive indication for the underlying business and future potential of the value. The reasons are very clear to me in the regular updates from management which are publicly available to anyone who wishes to review them. Sp will go up when wider groups see the value and it is obvious as is always the case. DYOR

The company continues to update us with positive progress and growth. The chairman who is close to the company continues to put his money in which your Alderbaran alias said 'shows confidence of course'. Yet the company is down under £2 from its highs of £22 in 2022 which you enjoy reminding this forum of. The share price was in a similar place before it's run to £22.

For all us long term holders, what's your advice? Should we sell, hold or buy?

Zaky Potter or is it Aldermort are right about one thing. The price always goes down on director/Tobin buys. Perhaps this should make us more suspicious of sp manipulation. More variation would indicate a natural trading pattern. There is no logic to the sells directly at this point every time. Why would genuine holders sell specifically after this positive action on every occasion, particularly at such a low price? This leaves us with desperate/fed up and other agendas. Desperate sellers will sell when they need to sell which could be anytime not every time there is a positive director buy. So is someone or some group taking action to drive the price down every time there's a director buy? IMO DYOR

Who said they were, I repeat, he is not a trader guessing the bottom or share price movement, he's the Chairman averaging over time, because of confidence in the company's future. Why else would he continue to buy. IMO DYOR

Judging by Zaks excited gloating and posting he is gaining something from the drop. Either financial, another £3.5k to go towards his regular holidays? Or desire to be right on a forum full of strangers while wining and dining in Dubai. The latter being the more concerning.

Zak - the reasons you come across like you're 12 or a muppet is one because you use coz in your posts. Only 12 year olds do that. The main one is how you talk about the chairman buying like he is a stock picking trader that keeps getting it wrong while you call it right. This comes across as idiotic. His buys are not a call on the price movement. They are an indication that someone much closer to the business than anyone on this forum, with a credible background remains confident in the future of the business regardless of current share price and continues to want to average in on the basis that at some point the price will be higher.

I suspect many on this forum and perhaps the chairman are fed up of the negative nonsense spouted about AB here, AIM issues, and think the sp does not reflect the progress of the business. At the same time see the price being far higher in the future. Question is when. IMO DYOR
