MT is the Chairman of the business with closer insight into the company than anyone here on this board not a 'stockpicker' or trader of AB. Likely he is averaging over time as he believes in the long term outcome. He seems to have a track record of doing well in career. So in the long run probably better to follow him than Zack/Alder

Agree Rifkin. A behemoth acquirer will be interested in adding the $70M and soon to be $100m revenue. Given the likely size of said acquirer the cost will be trimmed as you mention or a blip tax offset.

For any potential acquirer in the top 5, AB is a quick way to add a 50-100% revenues to their growing business and save costs with the synergies.

The company continues to be consistent with positive updates. Revenues heading for $80m this year and the upfront payments are almost done and if you know this game means upside off the back. AB sp deserves to be higher, but may only catch up when its obvious. DYOR

Exactly shortandsweet. Lor, Alder, lemon etc... have been very very active in their mission to knock the positive update and always are. There is no logical reason to do this unless you want the price down or have some issue with the company or it's management. Why waste time on such frequent lengthy posts to try to try putting off others. Who knows if they are the same person, working in concert or not. They clearly have an interest in the price going down.

$70m+ revenues on 2024 AB is currently valued at a tad over Wondery revenue level in 2020 at $48M. Market values may have been different then but $48M to $300M is an extreme difference. Even at £5sp its only a 3rd of Wondery buy out DYOR

Broker note still targeting £13. Likely comes from an assessment and compare of the market

2-5x revenues is common in this sector so £10 is not unreasonable.

Wondery had under $40M of revenue in 2020 and sold to Amazon for $300M. It's revenues now are estimated in the region of AB 2024 expectation. DYOR

Lemon, why so hell bent on knocking the optimistic view if you have no interest? You must have a lot of time on your hands.

Positive updates continue. Expectation is this will be a bumper year and more to come in 2025. Company progress consistent and deserving of a better share price imo. Nothing is as invisible as the obvious. DYOR

Its impossible to trust Zak posts as they have been so contradictory over time. Others have mentioned a few examples. Another is long at £4, but gloats at the idea of price dropping to 2.00p. If your truly long what would be the point.

Likes of lemon, 404, Alder and lor. Who knows if they are zak but as Stringerbell points out WHY? Why spend so much time on here publicly picking holes in the positives unless you want the price lower for whatever reason.

Bearhunt efforts to highlight the facts from the company updates and call out the FUD are appreciated.

The sudden flurry of posters with supposedly no long term interest or no interest yet, seeking all angles to knock a positive RNS with a spark of green on the price speaks volumes. Who knows exact reasons but you can guess.

U_time I'm commenting on the usual suspects and number of new posters that emerged in a flurry to bash the positive RNS in any tiny way they can think true or not. On ADFN as example one poster mentions need for cash when the RNS clearly shows they have cash. My point is these posters have other agenda and don't want the price to go up. Why else would they be so desperate to comment like this.

Amazing to see so many negative posters spring into action on the forums this morning to pick holes in what is a very strong update. Why so desperate to knock the business? Clearly hidden agendas at play.

Lor9 another poster who is not long and claims to have no interest or shares, but spends a lot of time on this board trying spin a negative narrative. Who spends time doing this without an alternative motive? Ccomments about raising money are nonsense given the company had a loan facility available for some time and does not need capital.

I suspect Lor and other derampers also underestimate the long term holders as many will have very low averages having been close to AB journey for some time and had ample opportunity to buy at these bargain prices. Will there be a pump and dump, given historical share price manipulation, certainly possible, but sooner or later this will break out. What will be the trigger, we will see. Doubtful management aren't planning something to solve this. Maybe this coming update will have more than the expected positive surprises. IMO DYOR

Agree, it looks very positive. Not enough quite clocked that yet. I would guess a few possible scenarios in the next 2 weeks. 1 usual trader crowd pump pre numbers and sell on news as we have seen before. 2. Positive news becomes very obvious to a wider group and the price breaks 3 and gets more reasonable. AB has been here before so let's hope it's 2. I suspect if 1 or neither happen management will look to progress US listing. IMO DYOR

Not deluded, seen it all before. A poster re-emerges at a particular time or a new poster joins the board with no interest to buy or supposed no ownership or interest and spends a lot of effort trying to convince everyone on the board that they have some how uncovered some critical details about the company that we all should concern about.

Thanks for the reminder Rifkin. Management have been very positive and continue to deliver on their word and have done for some time now. Last few months of the year are historically the best for ads so given the confidence expressed by management, looking like a big year. DYOR

I wonder if Lemon is Aldermor in a new guise. Similar pattern of subtle jabs at anything even where ill informed. Only more persistent and detailed since the price started to perk up. Even if he's not Alder difficult not to be suspicious he's subtly trying to discredit the company on the board. Who suddenly starts posting this frequently on their views about why they don't want to invest in a share yet unless they have some alt agenda?

The company is performing well, management have been delivering on updates. Maybe some additional positives. Let's hope this now starts to head back to a more sensible price. DYOR

gb, for someone who is not deramping you seem to be trying carefully and indirectly. Its already been established Bloomberg is out of date. RNS history and the link on the AB shareholder site shows the significant holdings as of Sept 10 24.
