I dont see this getting an offer until the price is over £10. Anyone who has been close to this for sometime will know the following and it’s general common sense:

- whether some traders on this forum think the updates aren’t as good as they expected is irrelevant. The company has been on a very consistent and steady growth trajectory for years now.

- AB is not a distressed seller, I repeat this company does not need to sell. It can keep going and growing from strength to strength however long it takes

- Given the nature of the largest shareholders, time invested and board, likely no interest in selling it for a 20-30% premium on the current price. Given the broker target is £13 doubtful that any offers will be entertained below that

- companies mentioned as potential suitors for a buy out know a low ball offer won’t fly so they wont make one until it’s at s price where they can. Unlikely they can credibly make a 100% offer on a publicly listed stock, 20-40% premium perhaps

AB is plagued by all the flaws of AIM and negativity and short sightedness which currently holds back the UK as a serious player in growth companies.

IMO this is a £10+ opportunity at a discount but don’t see this coming to sale until it get's over £10. You can make 20-30% then or have a shot at 100% now..take your pick

Think this is still a bargain for anyone with a long term approach as it will make good at some point

Zaky, Aldermoron, now 'beer' hunter the aliases, waffle, manipulation and trading cycle repeats again on this share. AIM shame.

AB continues to perform and progress forward and has done some time. These aliases always come out at these times when the stock is down to support trading agendas.

£10+ in the future so these low prices could be a real steel. IMO DYOR

These are typical Alder posts. Show up when there is downward pressure trying to rubbish the company and the share price. Likely to buy to sell into the next pump and dump. The posts regularly give away its about trading. Same Alder that said when it was in the 2s sometime ago that he would buy when it was getting into the 3s then disappeared when it went over 3 and returned at the next down cycle. Note Zacy has also been linked to Alder and regular patterns from both who posting all very much giving away there is a trader/s behind them.

In addition to the spelling (which is about as good as Zaky posts) Alder posts regularly come across as clueless about the business, adtech and his comment on Amazon profits is similarly clueless as Amazon famously made no profit for years as the company and stock was going through its main growth phase.

As you have demonstrated here time and time again Aldermort, you don't understand the business or adtech. You are here for some reason and it's destructive not constructive.

The most amusing thing about zaky is all the points he can easily be called out on are all his own making. Anyone here for more than a year or 2 knows. LOL

Zalderabaran always posting the same things when the share is in a down cycle. Always rubbishing the company, so why is he bothering to comment or pay attention if he doesnt see the buzz or have some other agenda? Anyone here more than a year has seen this all before.

Agree with a lot of what Zacky is saying. The reason I agree is because hes repeating what Boombang, Bearhunter, myself and others have said in support of the company for some time and zak has argued against most of it one point or another in recent years.

Sadly this smells of Zacky trying to weasel his way back onto the board for whatever his latest agenda is, probably the next pump and dump. We know he has done it before as he even boasted about his 3.5k sale on this very forum. He posted something similar to this post back in Q3 24 when he changed the tune from negative for months to suddenly positive.

Anyone new to the board should be cautious this jekyll and hide cant be trusted.

The Zaky Potter and Aldermort show is a classic re-run that magically appears here when the price is in the red cycle. In the last episode Zaky Potter was on location in Dubai when he had too many wines (or was it butter beer) and accidentally did a bumbledor and posted under his nemesis alias revealing hes a slytherin.

We all know Zaky is a trader as he even boasted about making his £3.5k profit on a prior lead in to results. Aldermoron's posts repeat with different wording and there are often mentions of this being a traders stock, so not hard to guess what he's up to.

Alder posts are another broken record here, only showing up when there is downward pressure and always the same de-ramping drivel.

No idea who you are Lokiloo. Merely making the point that everything happening with the SP and this forum is like Deja Vu and has been for years. All of this has been repeating on this forum for 10+ years. I said before AB is like a case study for all that is wrong with AIM and UK markets.

I also reiterate that what does NC have to do with the running and performance of the company - nothing. AB has been progressing at a very clear rate for the last few years, yet the share has re-traced almost all of it's recent gains something that has happened for years in patterns and familiar cycles. SP deserves to be more reflective of the progress IMO / DYOR

And another pattern cycle. Run out of things to say on the company, start talking about 2 high profile investors linked to the share.

Bonnier no longer listed as a significant investor as of 11th April and for some time before. NC largest holding unchanged in years.

Ok Zakky, so please enlighten us to why you were last hear in q4 banging the drum to buy after trolling and deramping it for the preceding year then went quiet and now back around the time the price is is dropping. You also seem to show up here on this forum in the lead up to results and have even boasted on this forum about making £3.5k profit on the rise into results while also saying your long at £4. Still long at £4?

He likes to swear at people too. Zakky you bumbled and you were called out some time ago. You could also be disagreeing with your own aliases to try to preserve them for whatever your agenda is so say that as loudly as you want, but it doesn't prove anything or cover up your past activity patterns on this forum.
