Serco trading update very clear on all points..contrast to how capita delivered. Very poor coms by capita, maybe deliberately

I mean even this is bad for THG..how on earth are the big boys not absolutely calling for MM to leave his role. Something is coming down the pipe that is going to screw remainco..cash is all spent and or more dilution for staff and or a raise to sort debt..something is a miss here for this drop to happen

Another stinker of a day incoming

Horror show..a share prices just doesn’t fall 10% + in a day for no reason..expect some more bad news. Worse decision ever investing here.

..we are down 3% in the last 5 days hardly a massive sell-off..just relax and chill..the market is crazy at the moment and everything is overdone on rev drops..personally I like higher margins on less revenues..simple really. The market will wake up to CPI at some point soon..relax and stop giving this AIM chap any credit..every stock is the same at the moment. CPI has low debt now, significant revenues, improving margins and is actively reducing cost base and embracing AI..bigger picture then a 2p pop either way. Let AIM bottom feed where he belongs.

Not bad overall..not going to result in a re-rate that’s for sure. No mention of debt reduction which is disappointing..implies it’s being reinvested..

Did he give away any shares at the crimbo party? £50k shares for the employee that brings in cupcakes for fellow employees..has been known!

A company of this magnitude with now (hopefully) very little debt and with the aim on improving margins and that are stopping ‘buying work’..is music to anyone’s ears and the government will be glad to see the debt pile gone. Someone said that a good portion of employees are overseas and also it’s not uncommon for statutory changes in taxes etc can be reimbursed under some government contracts so hopefully they negotiated that into the the T&C’s of any large government contract. Presentation complete.

Good to see the rise and albeit still along way to go..no doubt crafty will be back soon..

All post recently are being deleted..I’ve been querying debt and how Remainco deal with this going forward, not that far off, I’ve been suggesting something which someone doesn’t like..so what are people’s view on how this debt is going to get refinanced / payed off? Let’s keep in mind that revenues are declining so the ability to refinance at decent levels is going to be difficult..opinions would be welcome but don’t suggest a R A I S E could happen..

Always suspicious when this doesn’t get issued…please god not more shares to employees! Red rag and bull spring to mind. Not even MM can rub our faces in it that much..surely.

Not many bought at 32p…hopefully people are not professing that they’re the oracle. What we need now is a series of good news stories about beauty and MP..some partnerships, some fund buying into remainco..we need some momentum to get the SP up for LTH’s..

To be fair to ingenuity I’ve ordered a few things recently and was impressed with how quick it came.

That’s the stand out thing..put it up for sale and at least show shareholders you are trying to generate proper value for them..if at the end no one wants it..do the demerger (robbery). He’s shown himself for what he is and who he is looking after.

I was really hoping that he would announce he would become the super power at ingenuity and he would step aside in remainco and become silent..he’s done the opposite. He’s a horrid little human.

Anyone that has been in this share more then a few months…the way these announcements pan out..he issued the RNS of the ESCC transfer and potential ftse inclusion and then followed up the the circular which is light on specific detail..when issuing news he normally tries to mask it with ‘good news’..he’s done this numerous times.

The SP pops a little on the day and gradually falls away as the day goes on..small rise for the day. The next day all gains are gone and by the end of the day we are normally below the SP before the announcement was made.

There will be no more communication from the company until the 27th Dec and during this time the SP will fall away again. It’s great being a THG shareholder.

The thing that sums this whole thing up is MM doing the GM on the 27th Dec at Midday..he’s a piece of crap, disingenuous, spiteful little man..I recall someone on here use to bang on about MM not taking a salary and being so committed to the cause..he was taking no salary because he didn’t want to pay tax and used share options instead..he’s everything wrong with society summed up in a tiny little paranoid man with rubbish muscles.
