Sorry your response saying ‘most likely Tuesday’ sums it up really..everyone is in the dark and lacks clarity. This is an approx £2bn rev company and investors in the company, people who have trusted THG and invested their hard earned money in the company, are having to guess when they are going to be updated on their investment..in a time when the SP has tanked and a division, that had £1bn+ invested in it, gets carved out for peanuts and offered zero value to investors. It’s not much to ask for a bit of bloody guidance.

Some communication would have helped the SP..even if it was just the financial calendar being updated on their website to let investors know what’s happening..not doing this has created uncertainty which has impacted the SP..it’s a complete farce really. This Greg chap as the investors relations guy is completely worthless yet he’s probably bagging £150k+ a year..it truly does begger belief that the governance is so shockingly bad..they couldn’t survive on the ftse just based on their sheer lack disregard for PI’s.

Noted both as sells…if TU lands tomorrow and it’s a stinker..the person who sold knew what was coming..lucky them

Yes I also remember the LinkedIn post when it was a video of great comebacks..Beckham etc..this guy thinks a lot of himself l, has no humility and i suspect is a bit of a psycho..to think the company has spunked £1bn + on ingenuity, did nothing to try and sort any of the debt out in low interest environment and to be sat here now with ingenuity carved out and the SP at near record lows and debt sat at £600m+ and no idea how much of the cash is left.. I’m deeply worried about an equity raise. I pray that someone comes in and wipes the company out for £1 (id take 80p)..

Feels like the mother of all bad news is heading our way..where crafty investor? Where’s the 15% bounce when the shares get cancelled, where the re-rate when demerger happens and all these leases are gone (they recharge £100m+ to remainco!)..this is becoming a write off now, completely had our pants down this company.

Just look at ocados financial calendar on their website..every date upto their AGM published for 2025..it’s really not that hard Matt

No its based on experience and what THG do..they issue results at the drop of a hat and then say there is an investors call at 8.30am..1 hour later. Why would a circa £2bn (decreasing) rev company do that? Why not give decent notice?

This is what has happened before and the results have been rubbish and he’s tried to mask them with a ‘new partnership’ etc..the whole jam narrative which never materialises.

You’ve been around 2mins and are optimistic, we’ve all been there..MM has not performed, to date , for shareholders FACT and he’s given us nothing to suggest he will start..same old bad communication, IR terrible etc

Now sub £550m..what a ship show MM has delivered here..truly shocking. Eat some humble pie and do the right thing..sub £550m with still the annual dilution to come for employees..who’s been a shareholder long enough to remember when he dished out 50,000 shares to an employee for turning up on time 2 of the 5 days he was supposed to. That’s the type of person we’ve dealt with from day 1..he literally thinks it’s his company. Horrid

Oak only way shareholders realise value is through the scenario you describe and is what I’m waiting for..gotcha that’s why I’m still in here…I also harbour hope that MM disappears into the sunset but he’s got too much money baked in..my biggest concern is shareholder dilution..which is a possibility. I’ll take a view when I see the TU and if this company is complete broken..missed targets again suggests it’s rotten to the core..
