Silent..what’s your view on the lease liabilities? The headline was ‘£290m of lease liabilities go with ingenuity’ reality is £100m+ gets charged back to remainco through inter company charges..disingenuous again / smoke and mirrors. What’s your view on the lack of notification, either way, on when the TU will be?

Let’s put all this to one side and blame the shorters, the government, macro environment etc..shareholders need to hold MM to account

Interesting and not great for remainco..cash and cash equivalents sub £300m..worrying..the lease liability reduction is a joke..half of it gets added back in so lease liabilities down reduce by £280m..frigging joke. It’s clear also with the reduced working cash flow and the property sales not happening this year..might struggle to generate any cash flow..flipping horror show of a company with a smoke and mirrors man at the top.

Mon..shareholders have a right to be concerned about the debt level and how this is going to be financed..this needs addressing by MM in the TU and what the plan is..it’s a disgrace the way PI’s have been treated here and for you to say ‘just leave’ plays into MM’s hand…he need to be accountable to PI’s..his performance has been truly terrible..the whole ingenuity fiasco and the capex spend for the last 3-5 years for it to be then carved out in an after hours RNS and for shareholders to have to pay for the privilege..disgrace..sell it for the best price to maximise vale for shareholders…anyone who thinks anything different needs their head examining. Still no notice on their website about TU date, still mentions ingenuity etc..it’s like a 2 bob company the way it’s been managed..they all should be truly ashamed of how they have performed..disgrace.

Trust gone with management from them..the debt needs addressing and my big concern is that Matt now knows how easy it is to dilute. How much cash is left is the next question and how many employees stayed with PLC..if he’s spunked another £100m of the cash reserves we might as well all go home..as there is no where to go apart from a dilution..no notification of TU..so so so bad.

Every shareholder should be concerned by the drop before TU..something is a miss here. If results are bad agin we could be hit with a 10-15 drop in a day again..we could be sub 35 before we know it. Jesus..all the 10% pop has gone..

Market cap heading down..bad results could see another 100m wiped off..suspect always part of MM plan to get it all back for next to nothing and his mates roll private with him..his LinkedIn post was clear about his intentions..arrogant prat.

If beauty shows no growth then the sp will get smashed..all its peers are so it then suggests the CEO has taken eye off the ball and therefore needs to go..to add to that..there is a massive conflict of interest with PLC and ingenuity..he’s basically writing cheques to himself (don’t say..but the BOD protect us etc..the BOD are yes men who don’t give a F about PI’s)

The speculation about a new buyer is ridiculous and sums up the posters..the RNS literally tells you what it is about ‘ An event changing the breakdown of voting rights’ was todays..it wasn’t a buyer or seller..there is a different box to tick if that was the case.

Horrendous this..we’ve seen it so many times..pop 10% and then slowly loses all of it and more over the next 3-4 days..sub 42 by Friday is nailed on. Noticed that Charles Allen took circa 400k of his shares into ingenuity..

MM has announced ‘good’ news at trading updates to mask missed targets (numerous times), perhaps he’s keeping his ‘stepping down’ to the TU..something has to happen as he can’t be writing cheques to himself at ingenuity..its such a big conflict I’m amazed it’s not been addressed so far..one of the reasons for the further SP drop..here’s to another week, hopefully it’s not has bad as next week.

We’ve heard it all before..the latest one was once the Demerger happens the SP will start to recover…what happens? SP goes into reverse! I think the market was expecting details of what the remainco business now looks like (balance sheet etc), MM even stepping aside to deal with the HUGE conflict of interest their now is with his roles in both..we get nothing? Where’s the official RNS of the demerger? What are the shareholding reductions for MM and clan if they took up ingenuity…perhaps we get these after close once the price has dipped and we get some more bad news..horror show of the biggest order.
