Just look at that beat down into the close..even without the US. One of the worse days being a THG shareholder..realisation for many that the city was correct about MM and we’ve all been taken for a ride while he sorts himself out and his pals.

Boohoo is going to be charging past us at this rate..MM the conman. we will get the stories tomorrow once people have had time to read..expect SP beat down tomorrow.

Let’s also not be surprised if we end up maybe 1-2% up today and drop this tomorrow and end up lower then before the circular..I have the many scares to prove this is a very realistic outcome..we then drift for the rest of December around high 30’s and mid 40’s…

Anyone that’s been in this for a couple of years want out..everyone is sick of MM and his constant smoke and mirrors..he’s a BS’er of the highest order..ingenuity has been taken by MM basically yes we have funded it for years. I was wishing for an offer to get some true value for shareholders but looks unlikely. A general meeting on the 27th December..come on who does that? He’s a rotten little human.

The whole thing around the FCA now may let MM use that as excuse for listing on FTSE..excuses man he lacks accountability and humility. He will defo use this again for the collapse of the SP and not the fact they have consistently missed revenue forecasts (they changed the consensus forecast down on their website just before last results)

Same..no momentum at all and worse of all mr rampey is back and we give back half of yesterday gain..starting to think this is the new norm and the circular is going to solidify the SP in the 40-50p range..

If any leases get renegotiated every single shareholder in remainco need to complain about the commercial agreements / conflicts of interest that were obvious..I’ve been banging on about it for ages and have asked IR numerous times about covid and renegotiating terms (like every company in the world)..the BOD will be legally challenged about their independence if it’s obvious remainco was over paying on rent..

Interesting quote in the articles..‘Values are somewhere near the bottom’..over paying for companies, selling assets at the bottom of their value or even giving assets away..Moulding is fast turning into a bit of a laughing stock..he’s being humbled left right and centre at the moment..he’s not as clever as he thinks he is..
