He longs everything out so he can get his excuses in. He’s a disgraceful CEO of a listed company, he has Zero empathy and would appear to be a control freak and a psychopath. I can’t believe how far even 60p looks from where we are now!

This is THG..only one thing changes the SP..wouldn’t be surprised if we finish on day low and 52 week low (52 week low is near all time low once you factor in capex spend since then and the share dilution - let’s not forget that people)..MM OUT

Another day low close and a dump into the close…it’s the biggest crap show..it’s now below the director buys again..I’m telling you, something is coming in this circular which is not expected..put us out of our friggin misery.

Why would MM do that? It might stabilise the SP…he’s not bothered..my suspicion is that there is a curve ball in it so he will let the US elections drown out the stinker of the circular details and that remaimco is much worse off..we’ll wait and see. If he cared about the SP the 1st Nov it should have been issued I.e early November..

Can’t be bothered doing the exact maths but the dark winter of 33p is probably very close to current SP of 45p. We’ve had dilutions since and spent about £150m of actual cash..complete shareholder destruction from MM and BOD.

Have you seen the final circular yet? Never trust MM until it’s in black and white and then even question it.

Let’s not forget that there are lease liabilities of £350m also..

Is EV of remain co not closer to £1.5bn? (£700m m cap and £700m debt)..the remaining true cash is probably being spent as we type on ingenuity. There is the credit facility of £150m but not classed as cash.

Thanks mate, let’s chat in 2 months when the demerger has happened and discuss why the SP is where it is likely to be I’d guess 55-60p (I really hope it’s not and it’s £2+ for us all) there is a common denominator here which is causing SP destruction..I won’t spell his name out as we all know it.

No I haven't sold..I’ve said before, I feel like if I have too I will go down with the ship. I really hope not as I really do think under a decent CEO, Matt is too emotive now, this could re-rate. My hope is now that Matt will get his ingenuity, complete daylight robbery after the capex spend, and will do one. The problem with Matt is that he’s a complete control freak and thinks he’s the smartest person in the room..he hates the fact he’s not been embraced by the business world..that’s why he needs to take his top off and show his saggy six pack…

I love the optimism..I’ve been there, you look at the numbers and revs and think Christ this is ridiculous it will re-rate..there is a big problem..and his first and last name begin with an M..even with the debt the numbers are north of SP..the market dislikes MM and his deliberate vaugness…if he takes a back seat we will actually re-rate. Problem is it’s always JAM tomorrow here.

More of remainco cash spent on ingenuity..FFS needs investigating

This share can’t sink any lower it does..by making the statement that it’s December he’s opened this up to let get brought down..it’s reminiscent of two years ago when for weeks it dropped 1-2% daily followed by big down days..we’ve got the budget next week..Christ it’s going into the 30’s…everyone needs to complain about the ‘independent’ BOD’s and MM’s clear share price destruction..it’s going to end up a Netflix documentary at this rate..
