Because I’m a pxxxed off long term shareholder that is sick of this CEO not doing his job and has now seemingly gave his responsibilities to someone else..are you not bothered by this? We have had a decent report written about the company..someone buying in yet the SP has barely budged..the main CEO is toxic in every sense and I’m pxxxed off that absolutely nothing is being done to establish shareholder value..

Who the hell is allowing this? Absolutely ridiculous..yet at ingenuity they are cutting jobs and looking to downsize office space..cost cutting..his priorities are clear.. Remainco is still full of fat and getting fatter by the looks of things..he’s promoting people that he can manipulate and who are basically yes men with a Porsche and a nice home in Winslow..horror show.

Good story about ingenuity today about the improvements to next day delivery and talking about the amount of warehouse space and robots they have..all at the expense of remainco..sickening really. This whole CEO triangle is a shambles..you would think Neil would have some self respect and walk away..3 CEO’s of a business is bonkers..all just waiting for the share options and dilution that comes in March..that’s the next piece of great news we’ll be getting..here’s £30 million of shares to employees..horror show.

Ain’t no one can take low 30’s again..we want a gradual increase to mid 50’s so we can all breath out and then rise to £1!!! Low 30’s no thanks mate.

Being more frugal now is a blatant kick in the teeth to remainco shareholders..it’s a disgrace. Plus might mean remainco get a worse service..it’s a double kick. But let’s keep positive, we are at 37p with a market cap below £500m..

And when’s ftse 250 inclusion?

Matty you say sad but most of your responses are in retaliation to disgruntled long term shareholders..are you still predicting a TO before ftse250 inclusion?

The market cap is at near all time low just when we didn’t need it to be, what are the timings for the ftse250 reshuffle?

Others that were talked about going into the ftse250 at the same time as THG are now in it..yet here we are looking like we are going to miss out with the SP, seemingly, allow to drift down..another smack in the face for private investors..we’ve got the share dilution in March coming (employee one)..horror show at every level…

Unfortunately I never went away..Ive been waiting for the corporate event, the golden share being given up, the move from normal listing, the active investors getting involved, the ingenuity demerger, a II to start investing etc..o wait. And here we are sat at an ALL TILME LOW SP! sickening really.

I’ve written to IR to ask for clarity on how MM is keeping impartial when trying to negotiate ingenuity leaving the lease early at the London office ( they only moved in last year)..all real shareholders should request clarity on this..so clearly a conflict here.

We want clarity form IR that ingenuity are paying off their remaining cost of the lease..disgraceful this.

So now he’s looking after ingenuity..the conflict of interest is so so blatant. They moved into the office in London less then 1 year ago, remainco will now have to pick up the full bill of the office? Shockingly bad this, is this going to happen on all the other leases!!

I see both RNS’s as positive..fresh ideas..almost 5% interesting, he’s not one to hold back.

I like capita..have paid down a load of debt in the last 2 years. Have got a relatively new CEO that has worked at large tech firms I.e. Google, salesforce etc..has a background in AI and is really pushing it..the announcement from the Gov last week about using AI for public services will be a big plus for capita..just need to announce some contract wins and it will take off..all my opinion. A change of name would be good for them.

Christ..no idea who Paul Scott is but that is some low quality spreadsheet..made me chuckle.
