Baseright- nobody is saying the company should not grow. Big difference between company growing and maintaining shareholder value. You could be 2 p with a 100 million market cap. All that people are saying is that they should get the first lab running and generating profit so that you are not paying additional costs at the same time and also get some experience with a higher SP to fall back on should it not go to plan therefore placing at a better rate if required. Given the current market conditions a number of placings here would destroy the SP imo. I see no problem getting the SP to 20s, 30s first, get the first lab running then look for a second one and only if the first one is successful.

Do you know what a sales pitch is? Will they tell us all and prove profit is being made already from the first lab, prove that initial costs are covered through other means other that lots of placing, prove that any shares used and sold to a purchaser will not be sold onto the market as soon as possible or that any large placing will need to be at a huge discount. Quite often they will never mention the downside or the risks involved.

Ok to listen but I would rather see evidence of the first lab generating PROFIT first and a higher market cap to reduce the risks. Not interested with projections unless I can see where the costs are coming from with evidence of how long and to do this at a similar time before the first one is generating profit seems a bit careless.

To me the last Zoom call felt like no placing for the lab then we got hit with a placing as they needed cash to start it and did they even mention this lab strategy to us before? You can carry on listening and who knows they may have a point.

I also voted no to resolution 4 as well. Focus on delivery first or risk it with your own cash without making excuses.

We are only here because of lots of bad decisions at the wrong time. If they want growth they will need to deliver first. Looking forward to Barcelona and the outcome of that alone could be worth more than the entire company which includes CLX001 at the moment. A good buy here as it's fairly clear resolution 4 will get voted down.

At the conclusion of the evaluation period (February 2023), the Company has an option to license the technology on pre-agreed terms.

Fair enough but I am next to certain that such a move is likely to require multiple dilutions before returns and given the factors listed it will not be good for the SP but possibly for the company. It will destroy our holdings in my view.

All I say is they should do it the correct way by growing the market cap of the company and not take such risks at this moment of time given all the factors listed. That is the view shared by many but maybe we are missing something so it will need to be a really strong case for existing holders at this moment of time.

Still it will not require much to get the SP up from such a low level and I am hopeful we will all get lots of good news soon.

Not come across anyone who will be voting for res 4 so far. They just need to focus on the right things at the moment given market conditions, current SP and the events of the last few years including placing prices/201.

9 million market cap with about 3 million cash with a lab, 201, 301,CLX001 and a few evaluation projects.

Remember the Barcelona outcome is due in February and I still think 201 will get done . I can't see this going any lower to be fair so a good buy.

Nomlungu I am not selling here as I am 99% percent sure it will get voted down. We still have fantastic potential just that it appears the wrong decisions are being made which we are fixing.

I will see what they have to say. That said, I am not happy they are even considering this given they had so long to improve the SP. They were partly to blame for the 10p placing which destroyed the market cap as about a month earlier we were about 35p and running low on cash.

I feel they have got everything they asked for so far. Low price placings, lab, good salary and options from 12p. We need a return on our investment here. I believe in fairness therefore voting no and I will vote them out in June and will voice my opinions accordingly when the time comes.

Yes we should never blame George either. Prevent but don't complain.

Nice one. The last three years they say this and that and all I say is deliver first for a change. I cannot guarantee that they will not dilute big at a low level and to me they don't have a significant holding therefore resolution 4 is a big no for me.

We should all vote and have an input.

You could have a 100 million market cap at 4p a share price. The key point is that such large dilutions at such low prices are often not value added to CURRENT SHAREHOLDERS. It may grow the company though. No point having 500 million shares at 4p.

30 million could fund 2 more labs. Then they will need more cash otherwise the company goes bust as not generating profit. We get cornered.

You end up with a high burn rate and go bust or 5/6 dilutions. It's a careless model. Deliver on the first lab, do some work, get deals and get the SP up. Each lab requires a large number of staff, overheads and takes time.

She had 3 years and we sat at 11p. It's a clear no. She needs to run the first lab first and prove that it is making profit. No real effort to increase SP.

At the end of the day Stella is not investing at this moment of time. Suzy makes excuses so I am a clear no on this until they deliver.

They will dilute at any price if given the chance and then again and then again. It's why they asked for 30 million.

Given she has done a placing at 10p and 11p without much care I propose that an extra 30 million should not be allowed in my view. She will twist it and try and justify it saying we had permission and it will grow the company. It will grow the company but it will screw all holders if it is not done at a decent price.

As I stated previously why not request a lower amount say 15 million that means they would be forced to do it at a decent price if they wanted another acquisition. I just feel it is not needed at the moment as they need to prove the first lab is up and running and generating revenue which takes time. 30 million to me means they are prepared to do it at any price even if we were 5p as the dilution is more.

It's an unnecessary risk and they don't have an impressive holding. Therefore I am voting no to that resolution BUT when the SP is in the 20/30s if they can ask for a lower amount then I am happy to consider agreeing.

Placing is done. Cash rich for now and undervalued. No deal yet but priced in but lots of news due. They will almost definitely lose the 30 million share vote. At a later stage shareholders could agree if we are not at this crazy price.

Whilst all this is happening Barcelona is due and 201 I have a sneaky feeling that it will come now in the next 1-2 weeks.

Get the SP up then everyone is happy and they can buy more labs but slowly.

Metom you should ask to join the board if Adam is not able to and buy more VAL. We need a shareholder inside.

I do understand what they are doing. It would likely grow the company but it does not appear to be in the interests of shareholders to do it in such a ruthless manner.

They grow the company by destroying us. Then get big institutional investors to join once diluted numerous times at any price, Stella then buys and also her network and many others when VAL is generating through numerous revenue streams. It will make them feel good that they grew a company from a few million to a few hundred million. That is my view.

In reality why not do it the correct way by actually doing real work. Build the SP and take the market cap higher, get deals , raise when necessary and grow the right way. If along the way you struggle then raise for working capital only. It feels they want to grow fast to impress others but it's shameful behaviour.

In the end we vote no. We want the board to be more transparent and work with shareholders including Adam. Play the game fair and be reasonable. Nobody cares if you grew a company from x to y in 1 year. Do it the right way.

Agree to make herself look good. Her family matters but what about everyone else.

As I said I am happy with growth but grow the SP first and proportionally . You had a few placings at a seriously low level, you got a lab, you got options given to you, you have a great salary and a good location near your home.

TIme to give something back as well and not just consider your family.

Agree we cannot comment on her finances but she is on a decent salary so I would expect a fair investment from her.

She was given this opportunity by shareholders. Had she not been given this it is highly unlikely she would be on the salary she is on now. Her lifestyle is her choice but she should back her own company and take the risk with us. Not take unnecessary risks when not in a position to do so.

Stella has no excuses in my view.
