The small number of additional shares will get taken very easily with potential large investors buying in either already or soon. Who knows how much the likes of Stella have taken.

No more deramping for imminent placings this year. Bad news cleared, uncertainty removed and now time for the Lab, 201 and Barcelona evaluation and other news. Without all the mess that goes on hopefully the path is now clear.

No more selling by many for this year due to placing fears and that means an upward trajectory. It's no longer a trading stock. I don't need to de-risk this year either so will ride this all the way up.

Yes you could be correct. I don't mind the lab first and going to 20p base then 201 or evaluation takes us much higher. Regardless we should get lots of news in a short space of time.

All the traders are about to be caught out very soon imo. The lab is due now, Evaluation is approaching deadline day and now 201 looks to be imminent. Not many sellers so they can wait and then buy much higher.

This should be heading towards 20 p soon before news. By the end of Feb my prediction is that we will hit 40-50p easily.

It shows the company is serious otherwise it doesn't need to exist. It's very positive and also shows they must have cash and big progress would have been made. Fairly large amount of tax they paid. News should come soon imo on 201.

You can cover the positive news regarding TRX today with blank posts but the reality is that you should see that VAL is only likely to go up now and is about to move so forget your cheaper buys.

They clearly have raised money and I think news can come anytime now. Now that 201 is very likely to happen I don't think you will get any sellers here. Perhaps time to consider a buy as this will move fast. If news comes soon we could open up 100/200% so good luck.....

201 will get done in my view. The reasons why:

1) exclusivity was to be removed back In March if TRX never completed during the final extension.Check dates. Suzy did a U-turn after checking trx evidence.
2) Suzy has always maintained that she will remove exclusivity if they did not keep up with the progress.
3) Cathy and Stella would have to be confident it will be complete for it to be currently running. By now you would expect they are almost done for sure so it is highly unlikely to fail this late.

Realistically I doubt they would allow this to continue forever. Therefore I am 90% sure 201 will get done very soon. Upside here is a no brainer. It's just huge. Even without it we could easily double just on the lab announcement due this month or evaluation result very soon so it looks a fantastic buy here.

Can't say everything but one of those is the desperation George is showing lately.

In my view we have three potential doublers given where we are in the short term next 4-6 weeks.

1) positive news regarding the lab set up could take us to 20s
2) Successful evaluation results should at least double us from here given when in SPV it should be worth around 10 million at the start.
3) 201 up 100-500% from here.

All due soon in my view plus a surprise for 301, 401 is always possible. Any one takes us a decent amount.

This is about to turn big. Next 6 weeks in my view.

Good luck to them. Not my style to buy on a spike. People always take profit even if considered undervalued so it is rather risky in my view.

I would be switching my profits from the PYC spike to VAL where It is at a very low price. Unfortunately I am not invested in PYC but our time will come very soon with the news that is due.

Profits will come to us no doubt at some point soon so a good buy here.

Just laughable that every deramper just makes statements. They cannot back it up. If they had a strong case they would give reasons why. All desperate to buy in.

Great posting Metom. Exactly my thoughts. Both Stella and Cathy would have seen the progress of 201 and if it was a dead duck it would have been pulled by now.

Just remember we dropped with every delay from 65p and we have progressed in other areas. Also remember certain stocks when big news arrived like when Synairgen failed trials it dropped from 170 to 11p before opening. If 201 comes we could open anywhere.

Looking forward to the lab announcement and outcome of the next evaluation in the next few days to weeks and I'm betting on news on either 201 or 301 news as well. Only those that are invested at this cheap MC will see huge rewards.

The best money is always made when buying early in my view and ignoring all the noise.

ValiRx Plc (AIM: VAL), a life science company focusing on early-stage cancer therapeutics and women's health, has entered into an evaluation agreement with University of Barcelona (Spain) to investigate a drug candidate for use in oncology.

Under the agreement, the Company will carry out a defined series of preclinical tests on a lead series of peptidomimetic drug candidate molecules over the next twelve months to validate the technology and determine suitability for commercialisation. But were you not the one that stated about 1-2 weeks ago that Suzy stated she had enough cash for at least 1 year at the AGM which you took at the time as being factual and made your statement based on that. Laughable again you contradict yourself.

All games are being played by many small holders trying to trade. I would ignore as they are simply creating fear to buy in cheaper. We all know who these people are.

Hopefully Suzy gets her timing correct and she can see what a great time to get some decent news out now.

Exactly which is why you contradict yourself each time you say placing is likely this month.

The board would have factored in costs when doing the last placing and you expect no less than 12 months cash to be part of that calculation and that would include the rented lab.

I am not saying one will not be needed but I anticipate about 6 months for them to complete 201. If not we have lots of news due and we wait to see what the lab brings. A placing at the right price given our cash burn rate is very low is not a big deal and really does not scare me.

Also can I point you to this point as well.

The proposed deal structure comprises payments on signature of the Licence Agreement plus fees and near-term milestones totalling US$2.2M before the end of 2023, milestones on further clinical and commercial development events, and royalties.

Therefore do one George. Seems great to me and a strong buy here for those that can see an opportunity.

Well they have about 6-9 months of cash by my calculations. The 201 deal will likely get done by then and if so the price should easily go past 22p enabling Cenkos to cash into warrants for an extra 1 million pounds. They have options as well giving further cash. All that gives much more time.

If a placing is needed later in the year it will likely be after lots of value adding news with or without 201. Vals cash burn rate should be in the region of 1-2 million a year. The intention is to generate enough cash to cover as much of the overheads as possible or make a profit which I am sure they will do. If one is needed later in the year at 25-30p then it's not much of a placing is it and it may not be needed.

History repeats. IN 2020-2021 almost all pharma stocks did well irrespective of lockdowns, market conditions or if they were directly involved in covid treatments or not. Covid stocks have moved big and money was floating in the pharma sector.

Regardless of market conditions are we now actually returning to a bullish market in AIM pharma? If so then VAL should benefit both before and after news so I am predicting a return to bullish levels in the coming weeks if covid continues to kick off. Bullish prices for VAL 50, 60 70p.

I made my money on previous stocks by always working one step ahead. A great entry point here as all those covid stocks have moved big already and could drop just as much now. Our time will come though.

Oh the rubbish that is posted here. UXM you made me laugh yesterday with all your questions. Why come on the board if you cannot discuss without using counter arguments. One needs to know one to counter an argument otherwise it is not effective.

Anyway back to VAL. Now in January as per timelines we should get the lab announcement. I am sure it would be fair this would have been planned and therefore we could see some further RNS with value adding contracts. The lab may provide the foundations for an institution to invest. We also are due the outcome of Barcelona and given our market cap this could be very significant news.

The wild card is BC201. I think anything to do with Covid we could rise 100% in the current market. Plenty of possibilities. Jan/Feb will be the VAL months. Good luck.
